I'm confident I will be able to learn it all here with SIO tutorials and classes. Pros I recently completed their Certification Program to be knowledgeable in how their system functions. I'm blown away on how in depth the instruction actually is. Very informative, clear, concise, and yet wildly overwhelming in quality. I'm fairly new to doing websites, funnels, etc so this is exactly what I needed to have the skills and confidence to get my website going. I'm seeing possibilities of websites, digital sales, marketing, course development, etc all within this one system. Absolutely a game changer for an old guy like me with limited exposure to so much of this digital world that other systems take for granted in what some of us know. It takes lots of time and knowledge. And if not done correctly, it can cripple your business. I did not have the knowledge nor the time to learn. So, although I wanted to change platforms, this was a major issue for me. When I learned that Systeme.io would move all my courses, marketing assets and email from Podia to Systeme.io, it definitely got my attention. I certainly could use the help. Then when I discovered that it would be done for free, I became suspicious. How good could this “free” service be? But I decided to check it out anyway. I have been an IT professional for over 50 years. I wrote my first code back in 1969. I have managed countless technology projects over the years. So, I know a thing or two about technology and technology projects. And I certainly know a well executed project when I see one. The quality of the work completed by Systeme.io was amazing! The planning was perfect. The expectations were set and managed perfectly. The execution was precise. The communications were timely and professional. Whenever I asked a question, it was answered promptly. I was assigned 1 person, Anis, who delivered everything end-to-end… from planning to completion. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the results. It was a pleasure to experience this. And it removed all concerns I had about this conversion. I have seen many very expensive, very large projects that do not come close to reaching this level of professionalism. If you are hesitating to use Systeme.io because you are uncertain about moving your existing training and email from your current platform(s), stop! There is no reason to delay. Quick responses and enough detail to help me fix the problem without being confusing. They even included screenshots showing what I needed to change. I think the email says response within 24 hours, but the three times I reached out, it was between 30 to 90 minutes. Cons As with all products, there are challenges. Although the customer service is great, the documentation could be a bit better. One reason I had a problem is that the documentation had the word ALIAS instead of CNAME.
