June 28, 2023 5.0 Switching my entire business to Systeme.io was smoother than I thought, and so far the platform has definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a pleasure to use and Systeme.io has significantly simplified the management of my business, especially when it comes to automated workflows on the backend. Pros Systeme.io is very user-friendly and well thought out. The user dashboard and the the general layout of all the menus, settings, and all the tools are very intuitive and much easier to use than on the platform I used before. It's modern, fast, functional, and it just makes sense how things are set up and arranged.The customer service via email has been great so far and they could answer all my questions directly or get their tech team involved if needed. However, I would like the response time to be faster. Cons The platform lacks some non-critical features that I expected, but the great thing is that Systeme.io is improving, evolving, and giving its users the opportunity to actively submit/vote/comment on feature suggestions.One particular example that needs improvement is the page editor. It's already great and so much easier and faster to use compared to the editor of the platform I used before, but there are some annoying quirks in terms of layout settings that need to be fixed and done better. When building and/or changing a page, setting up the layout and design for both desktop and mobile can sometimes be quite frustrating because the settings can be way off and need to be fixed/aligned so that the page looks good and works both on desktop and mobile. There should be a way for users to define and set their own default settings for styles and layouts for each element on both desktop and mobile. Let's call it 'user themes' that would enable us to pre-define layouts and settings on element level, not just on block/section/page level, which can already be saved as own templates. While I have been very satisfied with AWeber, ClickFunnels unfortunately didn't evolve over time and became outdated, buggy and slow, so I was getting increasingly frustrated and reluctant to use it.I was hoping for ClickFunnels 2.0, which was released in late 2022, but unfortunately the new release didn't meet my expectations in terms of features and price. That's why I decided to switch my entire business over from ClickFunnels and AWeber to Systeme.io.It's one of the best decisions I've made, and not just because I've been able to cut my monthly costs by 75%. July 4, 2023 5.0 I knew very little about creating landing pages or email automation and all analytics behind it. I am still learning more each day, and Systeme.io makes it very easy to do. They also offer a free certification that will guarantee you will be able to create and manage your marketing all in one place. I even cancelled my AWeber as there was no need to keep track of an extra site. Even with my learning curve, I was able to setup my landing pages and email automation successfully. Everything is drag and drop, very intuitive with a smooth interface that is easy on the eyes. I was able to integrate with my domain host, email provider and payment methods with ease. Pros I originally landed at Systeme.io looking for a landing page/funnel builder. However, once I started using the program, I decided that I saw no reason to keep my autoresponder/email automation with another company, especially with how easy it is to use Systeme.io. So now I am using Systeme.io for everything it can do for me. I am just launching this week, so I would be glad to give an update on analytics and management of my campaigns once I have hard data. Cons I did not find anything overly tasking to complete while setting up my processes. I had a bit of a challenge with connecting my PayPal and all the back office data, but only because I did not understand what I was doing without having experience prior to this. Anything I needed help with, I was able to find with little effort. Since I haven't launched just yet, I don't have any hard data to go with this at this time. I am very pleased with it overall and it has made doing business easy. I highly recommend you give them a try. Pros I like the simplicity of the app and it's intuitive interface. I like that it is not bloatware. Meaning that the critical and essential features needed for creating marketing campaigns are provided without non-essential bells and whistles. Any time I've needed support, they've been very thorough with their responses. Upgrading shouldn't be an issue for most people. Pricing is very competitive. Pros I can't believe the features that are offered in the free version of Systeme.io. When comparing to other systems with similar features, the value offered for the price, no matter whether the free version or paid, is next to none. It's a really great platform! Cons There's not much to dislike about Systeme.io. If I were going to be super critical, I would critique the 'tag' function in the email autoresponder. It's a bit confusing. When I select a tag for my list, I can't tell if it's actually been selected or not. 'to press Enter, or not to press Enter'. The customer support has been really exceptional compared to most online businesses I have experienced (including as a course participant or consumer etc). The only problem is it's hard to pronounce! They also didn't honour affiliate commissions or sometimes response at all to customer support requests. They deleted my website & cost me business. Basically, it's a sunk cost with no hope of a refund for faulty software. They also spam you to death with emails.I was rescued by Systeme which was quick to set up by comparison to either of the above.I also took a free trial of Kajabi & Teachable - they take a cut on the free plans or won't allow you to publish, they are far more expensive for similar facilities.All of the above had complex pricing which limited this or that (contacts, number of paid products, number of videos hosted etc). in my general creation of my funnel/systems. It has tons to offer at such an affordable price. The platform offers what most entrepreneurs really needed to start, grow or scale a business. And no, Systeme.io doesn't stuff the platform with useless utilities like what other competitors' did just to justify the price they charge customers. Customer support is super helpful and the answer they provide answered the questions straight-to-the-point! The support really knows their stuff and understands the products inside out, which is what I really like. (No junior, clueless support that couldn't answer a simple question or level-1 support that needs to escalate to a higher level - if you know what I mean). And the support is fast and responsive. Pros The funnel builder is super smooth (compared to my previous experience with other SAAS all-in-one platforms). It makes the building process fast and has no distractions. Cons I really hope that it can have native integration with Moosend. The creator, Aurelian, is just the nicest, and he is very approachable. They have a very interactive community on Facebook and he welcomes suggestions to continue to make the software better. His support staff is BAR NONE! Within a few hours my concerns were addressed, and more than once they helped me fix silly errors I had created. Otherwise I haven't needed support staff, because the software does what it's supposed to do. It works great. Pros Systeme.io offers an "all-in-one" suite for your internet marketing efforts. Stop trying to "cobble together" your sales funnels, email list, squeeze and sales pages, and thank-you pages. It's all right here in this EXTREMELY easy to use product. I like that it is so simple a "tech caveman" (i.e., anyone like ME) can use it. It allowed me to "get" the flow of a funnel and how it works. Cons The only reason I no longer use is because I needed additional features that most people wouldn't. I got a one-time deal on another all-in-one platform that will save me money in the long run. The other one had unlimited funnels, email lists, pages, etc. (But you can get basically all you need to get started from Systeme.io and grow from there at an extremely competitive rate). Systeme.io does not yet feature everything I need, but by everything, I mean vid player, appointment scheduler, payment processor, etc., on top of all the other features. I moved to a platform that has all of that. But for most, Systeme.io is ALL you need to get started! I was quite impressed with the ease of use fo the software. As my business grew, I've switched to a paid plan and the perks are amazing. I'm not a big company, but I can achieve things that would probably require a full team to achieve if I tried to make the same business without a software. Today, I'm 100% on systeme.io, for my website, my blog, my sales, etc. Plus, I've never see such an awesome support! I've sent tickets that were answered within 10 minutes!
