With the efficient and dedicated support of Systeme.io, I could do so successfully. Pros Systeme.io provides ALL marketing tools we need to advertise and sell our product (s) or service(s). The support team is very responsive: the executives can understand the problem we are facing quickly and offer tailor-made solutions within a few hours. Cons I have just begun using the Systeme.io. The only thing I found tricky was uploading documents for my course but found a work-around. I was a little confused about uploading a PDF and sent a message to customer support. They responded within an hour and were really friendly. They explained using a link to a blog post and step by step screenshots. It worked immediately! On the free plan, I can build a great course with drip-lessons, videos and other uploadables. I'll probably upgrade soon so that I can have more than one course. January 3, 2025 5.0 I've signed up with this platform as a recommendation from a friend over 3 months ago. I was shocked that everything I needed ( a course and a website with a payment system ) was included in a free plan. I don't know how these guys do it. Since I knew I was a free customer the customer service would not be that great. As a matter of fact, I rarely expect good customer service anymore even when I do pay. For the last 3 months I have bombarded their customer support with multiple daily questions. Not only have they replied extremely fast, they have replied with good useful information and great directions for me to get my work done while being polite and organized. And it looks like many different people picked up my issues and everybody appeared to be trained into a top notch support people so I got consistently good answers like I was talking to the same person every time. In addition to that the UI for creating a course and the website is very easy and required very little effort. My course and my website are now finished and ready to launch. Pros The quick and professional response of the service desk. I love that Systeme.io allows new users to first try out the platform for free indefinitely with almost all the features as with a paid account. This platform is constantly evolving and comes with regular updates and new features. Cons The "undo" function has its limitations. But being someone who needed to write code in basic to get anything out of computer in the old days, that wasn't very hard. Support was excellent and responded quickly, so it was fine. I like the idea, that all the features are available in the free version too, so that the cost at the beginning of creating online business can remain modest. It is also good to have all the necessary marketing features built-in so they work together without problems and you can edit them easily, all using the same logic and similar editor. Pros The whole systeme is very flexible to any online business, but it's also the con as you need to have some kind of idea, what you are willing to accomplish. Tutorials help a lot in the beginning. Cons Needs some background knowledge about computers and website building, and it took some time to understand the logic of it. There are a lot of really useful elements like the automation and email campaigns that mean you don't have to utilise other subscription services - having everything in one place is awesome. Highly recommend! Pros Customer service is particularly good - they are so quick to respond and extremely helpful.
