Especially the custom service response. That really impressed me. Pros I have found this system very user-friendly. Of course having all of the tools in one place for free as a beginner is what first drew me to the platform, but I have found that the tools inside of it are super easy to learn and use. When I had a question about something that wasn't working, their support team answered me immediately and helped me quickly understand how to change the setting that I had set incorrectly. Cons So far I haven't experienced any real negatives. Like any system that you start using, it takes some time to learn how to use it, but I don't have a problem with that. The available free trainings are so helpful to learn the system. Cons I only have problem with one of my automated emails didn’t go out to all contacts I believed it would go, but its handling is in progress with the support so I hope it will be figured out soon. Too many features to count and competitive product features that would cost me about $200/mo otherwise. Cons The interface looks a bit dated, so buttons and links are sometimes not in the places you would typically expect. Rest assured, they're there. Somewhere. Customer service is very good. They deal with your problems immediately. It is not complicated like other landing page creating sites but it is very simple. It is easy to understand. They explain everything step by step on their help pages and I do not even need to ask customer service for most things. Pros it is free and very easy to use. Customer service responds very quickly. Cons There is no payment option for Turkey on any landing page websites. Because paypal and stripe are banned in Turkey. November 8, 2024 5.0 So far, I've only made one landing page; I haven't tried the other services yet. Pros They support, they were super quick to respond and solve my problem. I was desperate and didn’t know what else to do, and they patiently guided and helped me. They’re amazing! Cons The platform still has a lot of room for improvement in terms of user experience. For example, I couldn't find a way to create anchors with buttons, there's no option to add or edit error or success messages beyond the ones they already have, and the free version is quite limited regarding automated actions, it only lets you use one, and sometimes you want to have at least two.
