While other players charge based on subscriber count, systeme.io has fixed pricing making it very cost effective email marketing platform. Cons Landing page and web form customisations are limited. We can not import html codes for advanced customisations. Pros The support staff are very quick to get back to you when you have a question about the system or when things don't seem to be registering as I'd hoped. And they really want you to succeed. And I have been contacting them several times a day in the last week and all has been dealt with speedily and efficiently making me feel valued. Cons As a complete newbie, |I find it difficult to find the information that I need to move forward because I am not completely sure what words I need to use to do a search. Very user friendly, good integration amount and meets most of my needs. Pros I love that it is so user friendly, but most of all the support team is ON POINT, fast, reliable and extremely newbie-friendly. Cons The only thing I don't like is the integration to google docx where it clusters same address into one even if a person has registered many times, but tbh it's a minor thing that only bugs me on the days where everything else also fails. Relatively easy to learn. Pros Just learned from Systeme Support that all my Sales involving VAT taxes are computed properly and paid by Stripe automatically. This is a HUGE benefit. This was a deal breaker for me so I asked about a refund but unfortunately they don't offer refunds for any paid plan. Pros The collection of tools and features. Most importantly the pricing. Cons No refund on cancellation on any paid subscription.
