It’s made running my business so much easier—I don’t have to juggle a bunch of different tools anymore. It’s affordable, simple, and just works. Definitely a win in my book! Pros What I love about Systeme.io is how it pulls everything together in one place—sales funnels, email marketing, memberships, you name it. It’s super simple to use, even if you’re just starting out, and the free plan is amazing. Plus, the automatons save so much time, and their support team is always there when you need them. March 27, 2025 5.0 Systeme.io is a great app to use for a small business who is just starting up and needing a way to reach your audience, get their contact info and then keep them up-to-date with newsletters/emails. It was easy to add our custom domain and create the pages we needed to get things started quickly and easily. Pros We really like the newsletter feature that allows us to send out emails to specific contacts based upon their tag(s). The CRM is easy to manage and adding custom fields for the contacts is a must for our business. Cons Unfortunately, in the CRM we cannot rearrange the custom merge fields. Also, at times when we delete a contact, it's still showing in the deleted contacts area even though it's past the 30 day window of when they're deleted permanently. But being someone who needed to write code in basic to get anything out of computer in the old days, that wasn't very hard. Support was excellent and responded quickly, so it was fine. I like the idea, that all the features are available in the free version too, so that the cost at the beginning of creating online business can remain modest. It is also good to have all the necessary marketing features built-in so they work together without problems and you can edit them easily, all using the same logic and similar editor. Pros The whole systeme is very flexible to any online business, but it's also the con as you need to have some kind of idea, what you are willing to accomplish. Tutorials help a lot in the beginning. Cons Needs some background knowledge about computers and website building, and it took some time to understand the logic of it. January 3, 2025 5.0 I've signed up with this platform as a recommendation from a friend over 3 months ago. I was shocked that everything I needed ( a course and a website with a payment system ) was included in a free plan. I don't know how these guys do it. Since I knew I was a free customer the customer service would not be that great. As a matter of fact, I rarely expect good customer service anymore even when I do pay. For the last 3 months I have bombarded their customer support with multiple daily questions. Not only have they replied extremely fast, they have replied with good useful information and great directions for me to get my work done while being polite and organized. And it looks like many different people picked up my issues and everybody appeared to be trained into a top notch support people so I got consistently good answers like I was talking to the same person every time. In addition to that the UI for creating a course and the website is very easy and required very little effort. My course and my website are now finished and ready to launch. Even though there is usually a learning curve for these things I have been able to figure it all out and it is quite intuitive. Cons There is nothing that I didn't like, maybe the branding could be a bit softer. The logo and colors are a bit outdated but this is just a small detail. I believe is the best value for money platform out there. Cons Although it has all the basic things functioning well, it lacks functionality in some details. For example i would like to be able to upload pictures that i use for my different funnels etc and to have them organized in files so that i can access them easily but it seems that they are just uploaded in one big file and so it take a lot of time to find older pictures. Customer service is very good. They deal with your problems immediately. It is not complicated like other landing page creating sites but it is very simple. It is easy to understand. They explain everything step by step on their help pages and I do not even need to ask customer service for most things. Pros it is free and very easy to use. Customer service responds very quickly. Cons There is no payment option for Turkey on any landing page websites. Because paypal and stripe are banned in Turkey. September 29, 2024 5.0 So far, excellent! I didn't expect answers on a Saturday night by email within a couple of hours when I was researching whether to sign up. But I not only received the answers I needed in a timely fashion, but the support person offered insights and clarifications that made my decision to sign up straightforward and easy. I'm truly looking forward to working with Systeme.io! Pros The support team has been awesome so far! I am completely new to Systeme.io, coming over from Kajabi after 5+ years there, where support can be hit or miss and sometimes less than helpful. By switching, I will save up to $3,400 USD per year, unless I upgrade. If I upgrade all the way to their unlimited plan, I will still save over $2,700 per year. I'm really looking forward to the drag and drop editing and simplicity, plus higher limits on most of the things I actually will use. Getting the option to sell physical products means we can branch out to selling swag and designs we create. I like that Systeme.io also lets you edit mobile browser versions of your pages, something I was afraid I'd lose by switching. Another thing I really like is the only payment processing fees I will pay are what Stripe and PayPal charge, not the higher rates Kajabi Payments is going to. And no more extra charges for the little features Kajabi adds but doesn't include in the $298/month I pay them now; Systeme.io seems more generous and focused on my success. Cons There are features missing like the Creator Studio in Kajabi that can process video, extract transcripts, write different marketing and course materials from it, and create clips, plus the AI assistant in Kajabi that I have been using. However, I have DaVinci Resolve Studio and with my savings I'll get Descript and/or Cap Cut, plus I have a lot of other AI tools I can use. I don't think I will miss these features in Kajabi overly much after I switch. Instead of including everything for the $298/month I've been paying, they now charge extra for add-ons and their Kajabi Payments transaction fees are going up to about 5%. Recently I experienced my first customer disputes in 32 years of business, and they were slow and less than helpful in getting it resolved. Turned out one of my clients had passed away, and her widower didn't recognize the charges on her card until I called him, after he filed disputes. Of course he knew they were legitimate, so he and I both tried on our ends to end the disputes, but it took 2 months to get the money back, less $75 in non-refundable dispute charges. October 19, 2024 2.0 I keep wanting to love this product and system, but they make it really hard to do so with the way that they handle things. First, their "free migrations". Right....but they only happen about 30 days after you pay. And there's no info that that is the case. So you scramble and pay others to start migrating things so you can stay open and in business. Now, when they did finally do it \[sensitive content hidden\] was lovely and very helpful. Second, Support. Well, that's a roll the dice kind of thing. They have a couple that are awesome but too many seem to be simply copying and pasting information that is NOT relevant to your question or issue. So you keep going back and forth.Time waster! Third, We wanted to downgrade the plan we had from top tier to next level. So they said (and we have this in writing) that they would submit it for a change and then once approved they would make the change and credit our account. Well, 10 days after the initial discussion on this I hadn't heard anything and reach out checking on things. Oh no I'm told. You have to cancel your plan. Wait for it to swtich to the free plan and THEN purchase a new plan. WTF!?!??! Who ever heard of such ridiculousness in this day and age. Most sites it's a point and click to upgrade and downgrade, but now here. Fourth, check out options are slim. We're going to have to create a way to make custom checkout pages + invoices as the ones in their setup aren't much. The main issue for us is that they only allow Stripe + Paypal as means of payments. So other payment options that Stripe has like Klarna can't be included. And we want nice looking receipts/invoices which Stripe can do and Systeme.io can't unfortunately. Ok positives: Can setup our course, not as nice looking as other options but pretty decent. A very basic affiliate program setup, not certain if it's usable or not yet Funnel configurations are easy enough to do When they migrate, they do a nice job Bottom line - I regret this move but we're too far in now to move off at least until 2025. There are features that I love but their support and systems are lacking. Cons It's something they are probably developing - but would like a quiz at the end of each lecture (rather than module) and the ability to upload an image as a discussion point for the question.
