This is an online solution, which means that I can work on a document on any gadget in any location, which is very convenient. AXDRAFT team also helps with automation, basically creating an effective solution kit. And if I have any issues or questions, I know that their support team will guide me through. Pros We used this tool to store loads of templates on our cloud. We often have to copy and paste information from various third-party sources, so we needed to find a way to organize the data exchange process. Now, all the data we need is in the system, and any user can prepare a document with all the up-to-date details in just a few clicks. April 28, 2020 4.0 Before AXDRAFT, I had to copy and paste the same information several times to each document individually, but now I can hit all of them at once! The system automatically inputs the necessary information in the right places in different documents, which saves tons of time. This toolautomates basically everything, which makes the workflow much smoother and trouble-free. Pros I just hate filling in forms. And I have to prepare hundreds of standard forms related to IE registration on a daily basis! This is why AXDRAFT is literally my rescue, as it allowed me to automate the process. It is very convenient to transfer information between different documents, which is extremely important in a job like mine when I need to register 4-5 forms all at the same time. . Another handy feature is integrating data from spreadsheets. The documents that I work with contain the same information but in different templates, so I have to go back and forth between all of them. But now I have a spreadsheet with all the information so I can easily monitor its relevance. Cons It takes some time to figure out how to use the tool with all its features to make the most of it. Also, AXDRAFT secures that no mistakes are made in contracts drafted by our purchase managers. Pros We found this tool useful across different departments, and it's not only lawyers who ended up using AXDRAFT but also managers. We constantly generate lots of boilerplate agreements (e.g. confidentiality agreements, exclusivity agreements etc) with AxDraft. This saves a lot of time to focus on more important matters. But what’s even more important, AxDraft is also capable of producing first drafts of complex (80-100 pages) transactional agreements. We cut our time spent on working on such drafts tremendously. In addition to saving time, we also increase quality of our work products in general. Pros AxDraft actually does what it claims to do. I save at least 60%-70% time on most of routine tasks. I greatly enjoy its simple and intuitive interface and speed of delivery. The fact that AxDraft is cross platform helps a lot too. Not one time have I generated documents for a potential deal on my cell phone WHILE I was discussing this potential deal with the client at lunch. And last but not least, AxDraft customers’ support deserves separate recognition. They are always there for you, ready to help and nice to talk to. Cons As I said, I am very satisfied with AxDraft. This has allowed attorneys to generate the majority of our estate planning documents on our own and more quickly. Pros Axdraft is very easy to use and produces documents quickly. It is entirely customizable, and customer support is extremely responsive. In our case it allows attorneys to be more productive and less reliant on the availability of a legal assistant to draft estate planning documents and probate pleadings and related documents. The system could be used for any practice area where the same or similar documents are prepared on a regular basis. Cons One minor issue we have experienced is that the formatting of the finished product is often not quite the same as in our original forms. Axdraft has been responsive to make changes as needed, and the turnaround on changes is quick - usually within a couple of hours. Axdraft does not have subject matter expertise in my practice area, so sometimes the questions they generate for document options have to be modified to make sense for my practice, but again they are extremely responsive to changes. The team analyzed our agreement templates and set up a fully automated drafting process in just 4 days! Now, our SDRs effortlessly draft contracts in several minutes - there’s no need to do any additional draft review. We further integrated our internal database into the system and can now fill in templates automatically with the most up-to-date information. We also consider extending our subscription to automate customer service replies. New features are released all the time, and we are excited to have more of our processes automated and improved. I contacted the support team to change some settings and with a few other requests, and it was always a pleasure to deal with them. It’s possible to integrate data from public registers, so I can easily get all the relevant company data and, this way, avoid legal risks when entering into a contract. Pros AXDRAFT is very helpful for preparing documents: the process is now several times faster, so you don’t waste your time looking for errors in the text. Formatting is perfect, too. The tool saves information and transfers it to all the related documents, which means that you don’t have to do that manually. Very handy for someone like me who often sends files for collaboration, when another party has to fill in the blank fields . Input fields offer hints and validation so my collaborators are more likely to enter all the information I need correctly. Cons I haven’t experienced any issues yet, so there aren't any dislikes. What I liked: despite the fact that the analogs of this product offer the ability to set up document automation on your own (DIY), in fact this turns out to be quite problematic due to the fact that analyzing the essence of the contract and synchronizing the conditions with the essence is a rather difficult job that takes a lot of time. And assistance in automating contracts from other services in fact turned out to be much more expensive. Axdraft understands this problem perfectly and solves it easily. Now all of our supply agreements and procurement MSAs go through AXDRAFT and we don’t have to worry about our documents getting lost or never making it to the counterparty or about our information getting compromised. Our team also really enjoys the fact that they don’t have to pull contract data from the spreadsheets every time they need to create a new contract as they have this information saved in projects in the program. Pros When we were considering using contract automation we had serious concerns about the security of our information and whether we can keep the bank secrecy. AXDRAFT appears to be 100% secure and we feel that our information is safe with this instrument. The team helped us to automate about 30 internal processes with several unique documents for each process which shows the tool is very flexible and universal to different business goals. Cons The program is a bit too innovative for our team who are used to creating documents the old fashioned way, so it takes some of our guys awhile to understand the new processes and finish the document. Cons If one works with more complicated agreements, and/or agreements which need quite a bit of negotiations and back and forward, then this was a bit more complicated to manage.
