Pros Very easy to use and one of the cheaper options on the market. They have fantastic integrations as well which makes it easy to work with other marketing platforms out there. Cons Our business requires a lot of 1:1 conversations and the UI they have on their platform to have a conversation isn't ideal. If we had Gorgias it would be much better but we use Zendesk. I would highly recommend opting for any service but postscript. I have never come across someone who flagrantly commits fraud and overbills you every single month. Pros Not much, most SMS platforms can do the same. They have nothing special. Cons Their customer service is terrible. They will lock you in on long term plans and charge you even if you don't want to use the product.
