I think they are a fantastic company and I would definitely be using them if they had a better 1:1 conversation UI on their platform.

Pros

Very easy to use and one of the cheaper options on the market. They have fantastic integrations as well which makes it easy to work with other marketing platforms out there.

Cons

Our business requires a lot of 1:1 conversations and the UI they have on their platform to have a conversation isn't ideal. If we had Gorgias it would be much better but we use Zendesk.

Absolutely disgusted by their service. I would highly recommend opting for any service but postscript. I have never come across someone who flagrantly commits fraud and overbills you every single month.

Pros

Not much, most SMS platforms can do the same. They have nothing special.

Cons

Their customer service is terrible. They will lock you in on long term plans and charge you even if you don't want to use the product. And the worst of all, they charged me even after I unsubscribed from their platform

Pros

Postscript is very user-friendly and their functions are easy to set up and customize. We haven’t had any issues with text marketing and will continue using it.

Cons

Just wish we had the option to opt in customers if they’ve opted out in that moment.

Pros

I liked the ease of use and quick setup, as well as having a rep to help with questions.

Cons

The pop-up was a bit limited in the ability to customize.
