TOP-Tool mit sehr guten Features. und Optionen.Könnte, bei richtiger Entwicklung, bereits in 4 Jahren Marktführer sein.

Modularer Aufbau; sehr übersichtlich für Enduser.Sehr gute Betreuung seitens Domeba.

Cons

An vielen Stellen nicht ausgereift.Sehr komplex/anspruchsvoll für Super-Admn.Erfahrener Sicherheitsingenieur sollte stärker in die Entwicklung eingebunden sein. => Diverse Beispiele...Gekaufte iManSys-Hülle ist zu leer => Best Practise Inhalte sollten schon optional hinterlegt sein.Umsetzung der Software-Entwicklungsaufträge dauern VIEL ZU LANGE !!!

Pros

Als Nutzer einfache klare Struktur für die vorgesehene Unterweisung mit optionalem Test für die Lernerfolgskontrolle. Benachrichtigungsfunktion für Vorgesetzte, der User wird sicher auf die Plattform begleitet. Als Admin viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, gute Verwaltung der Nutzerliste, einfaches Hochladen und Erstellen von Unterweisungen für Mitarbeiter. Unterweisungsnachweise abrufbar. Klarer Vorteil bei der Erreichbarkeit über die Webversion, keine eigene Serverstruktur notwendig.

Cons

Export einer Liste der Gesamtnachweise wäre wünschenswert.

Gute Unterstützung von Sifa und Vorgesetzten für Unterweisungen. Gute Nachverfolgbarkeit und Dokumentation von Schulungen u.ä. für den Personalbereich.

Pros

Im Schichtbetrieb können alle Mitarbeiter die Unterweisungen nach zeitlicher Verfügbarkeit bearbeiten, auch in der Nachtschicht, wenn kein Vorgesetzter vor Ort ist.

Cons

BA können nicht ohne GBU-Inhalte geschrieben werden. Deshalb z.Z. keine Nutzung des Features.

Funktion die es bietet sind Umfangreich, super Erleichterung und Zeitersparnis im Operativen betrieb. Aufbau ist sehr gut und übersichtlich. Modernes und einfach bedienbares Design. Supertool für Arbeitsschutz und Unterweisungen , wahrscheinlich mit das beste auf dem Markt, jedoch fehlen bestimmte Kleinigkeiten und bestimmte Bedienungen brauchen lange um verstanden zu werden. Trotz all den Kleinigkeit ein riesen Potential.

Pros

Das Schulungsmodul , Funktion und Erinnerung (fällig , überfällig ...)

Cons

Formulare und Bestimmte Masken unübersichtlich und nicht bedienerfreundlich. Meist wenig Platz für Texte. Unübersichtlich in manchen Teilen der Verknüpfung . Kleinigkeiten für bestimmte Firmenumsetzungen teilweise schwer zu realisieren. Checklisten, sollte selbst erstellt werden können und einfacher zu managen. Zusätze gehen direkt ins Geld. Erst richtig nutzbar mit zusätzlicher Software um das Potential richtig auszuschöpfen. (z.B. iSpring)

Gute ortsunabhängige Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeitenden in Bezug auf gesetzlich ausstehende Unterweisungen.

Pros

Übersicht der durchgeführten Unterweisungen Kontrolle der durchgeführten Unterweisungen seitens der Mitarbeitenden Nachverfolgung (Nachweis) der durchgeführten Unterweisungen bei Audits einfache Firmenspezifischen Änderungsmöglichkeiten

Cons

Aufgrund nur einer Modulnutzung - Unterweisungen - ist ein direkter Vergleich mit den zur Verfügung stehenden anderen Modulen nicht möglich.

Sehr übersichtlich für den "einfachen" Nutzer.

Pros

Bereitstellung einer Plattform, auf der wir unsere Schulungen einsetzen können oder bei Bedarf auf Extern vorhandene zurückgreifen können. Läuft auf einem externen System und belegt keine eigenen Ressourcen (Speicher, Service). Sehr guter Service auch im Bezug auf Anpassungs,- Erweiterungs,- und Optimierungswünsche.

Cons

Nachteil: Was vorher als Vorteil beschrieben wurde, ist bei Netzwerkausfall ein Nachteil da das Programm dann nicht zur Verfügung steht. Währe aber auch der Fall wenn es auf unseren Konzernservern installiert worden währe.

Pros

Die Software ist sehr benutzerfreundlich. Wir sind mit der light Version eingestiegen und konnten die Software entsprechend unserer wachsenden Anforderungen anpassen. Es wird kein Mitarbeiter mehr vergessen zu unterweisen. Präsenzschulungen können auch erfasst werden, die Lernerfolgskontrollen erfolgen über das System und werden automatisch ausgewertet. Ich kann auch Mitarbeitergespräche als Sofortunterweisung zuweisen und rechtssicher dokumentieren.

Cons

Bei den Unterweisungsinhalten von Domeba wäre es wünschenswert eine Lernerfolgskontrolle mitgeliefert zu bekommen.

Gut, einige Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden. Das Team von Domeba nimmt allerdings alle Anregungen und prüft die Umsetzung, es werden aber nicht immer alle Verbesserungsvorschläge in den Standard übernommen.

Pros

Die Übersichtlichkeit für den normalen Nutzer ist sehr gut. Für Mitarbeiter mit besonderen Berechtigungen ist etwas umfangreicher, aber auch schnell zu bergreifen.

Cons

Beim Ausdruck einer Gefährdungsbeurteilung fehlen gemachte Angaben, hier ist immer eine Erklärung der einzelnen GBUs gegenüber BG, Gewerbeaufsicht oder Auditor nötig.

Modularer Aufbau. Stabile Performance. Support/Consultant ist erstklassig.

Cons

Sehr lange Ladezeiten (Gefahrstoffmodul). Nicht funktionsfähige Widgets (Maßnahmen). Sehr lange Ladezeiten (Widget Skills administrativ). Keine 100%ige Kompatibilität zu Chrome. Vieles ist nicht selbsterklärend und die Logik manchmal komplex. Handbuch nicht vollständig. Architektur / Systematik des Speicherverbrauchs bei Unterweisungen. Log-Betrachter ist umständlich zu handhaben. Eingabe der Vorsorgeberichte ist umständlich. Manche Module enthalten nicht fertige Funktionen. Auswertetools nur sehr rudimentär. Anpassungen gehen schnell ins Geld.
