Pros
Winning time for me, the client and the social assistents.
The software is easy to use wherever you are. This is what makes this application so interesting for us.
The signing experience for the customers is good; it works on any device. The management of the users and groups is also easy and intuitive.
The standalone version of the software has clearly been around for a while. The tool is user friendly, performant and offers all the functionality we need.
Cons
It is difficult to have a global environnement for all the team. I can not see what my employees have send.
There have been some issues a couple of time (workflow got stuck and emails were not being sent).
I really miss a dashboard to be able to see the current situation and statistical information in order to analyse and base decisions upon.
I am sure that these will be addressed in the coming months. Another remark of our users is the layout of the email to the signer: today it is looking too bland and unattractive.
"My review"
Overall: Overall experience has been satisfactory. There have been some issues a couple of time (workflow got stuck and emails were not being sent). The issues have been resolved quite quickly but when working with deadlines such problems can have grave consequences. I hope those kinds of problems will not occur too often.
Pros: The possibility to chose from different signing methods is very convenient. Also initiation of a workflow is very easy and intuitive.
Cons: I really miss a dashboard to be able to see the current situation and statistical information in order to analyse and base decisions upon.
"Great tool for improving document workflow"
Pros: We like the fact that we can send out documents to people remote and still get an official authenticated signature under our documents, that has the same validity in court as a wet-ink signature.
Cons: Using multiple environments for different subcompanies we want to keep track of the number of signatures used in order to invoice them intercompany. Thusfar this reporting possibility is present but you have to be tech-savy to get the data you want. It would be easier if there were a GUI in the administrator part of the site which shows this data in a readable way so that accounting can get their hands on the necessary information quickly. It seems that I am mentioning this as a problem, whereas it is more of an improvement suggestion for development.

Overall: Great company, fast response.
Pros: - Ease of use - Ease of getting started as an integrator - Compliance with local legislation - Strong focus on security
Cons: Due to its focus on compliance and security, it is not the cheapest service around.
"Secure System at a great value"
Pros: I really like using Nitro Sign, it makes it so easy to save a document as a PDF and still be able to edit the document by signing, adding font, etc. I always feel so secure when I save a document to the computer without hesitation or doubt.
Cons: There isn't much I dislike about Nitro Sign. The software overall is very useful and I like how easy it is to save a document and be able to locate it saved to my computer.
"Easy way to sign documents "
Pros: The platform is easy to use: upload documents and get it signed is straight forward. So much time earned by using it internally and with external partners.
Cons: We are waiting for the email feature (branding + format)
