The tool is user friendly, performant and offers all the functionality we need. The signing experience for the customers is good; it works on any device. The management of the users and groups is also easy and intuitive. Cons The Salesforce version of the Connective solution is less mature and clearly still evolving. It offers roughly the same functionalities as the standalone version and even offers more possibilities in certain domains (like copying the signature link and sharing it separately to the signer). However, the users experience is not yet on the same level; there are also some minor technical issues. I am sure that these will be addressed in the coming months. Another remark of our users is the layout of the email to the signer: today it is looking too bland and unattractive. This should also get improved soon. Review Source CV Caro V. Pros The software is easy to use wherever you are. This is what makes this application so interesting for us. Secondly it is easy to use. Cons Hard to structure the sequence of the documents we need to sign. They all loved it. In a traditional sector in European law practice this is unseen. Pros Easy to use for non Eu clients. They only have smartphones but this is for this product no problem ... Cons Some clients only speaks there own language. So hopefully in the future this will be solved. Reason for choosing Nitro Sign \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was familiar with my business. And even over the period of time for using free trial he did not push to by his product !! Review Source
