## What is Jint?

Jint for SharePoint transforms Microsoft SharePoint into a modern, engaging, ai-powered intranet. It sits directly on top of an organization's current SharePoint setup, layering intuitive design, governance tools, and ready-to-use templates on top of what's already there. The product gives communications and IT teams more than 60 ready-to-use modules, including news, events, a social wall... The intranets are fully customizable: responsive templates, featured content blocks, and a built-in designer let teams reflect their visual identity, while smart search and contextual filters make it easier for employees to find documentation. Ce logiciel nous rend la vie beaucoup plus simple pour créer des pages complètes et un intranet plus clair. Sans ce logiciel je ne pense pas que nous serions resté sur SharePoint pour l'intranet.

Pros

La personnalisation de taille mais aussi les spécificités de certains composants comme le mur de réseaux sociaux. Mozzaik nous permet vraiment de créer un espace plus poussé pour répondre aux besoins utilisateurs et faciliter l'utilisation de SharePoint.

Cons

Le produit est certes très poussé pour beaucoup de composants mais pour certain il nous manque de la personnalisation de fond, de texte ou de couleur (comme les filtres).

Nous avons choisi d'utiliser Jint pour maximiser notre investissement SharePoint tout en contournant sa rigidité. La raison principale était le besoin d'une solution capable d’adapter l'outil à nos exigences spécifiques. Jint a apporté les couches de personnalisation nécessaires, notamment via des webparts comme le Trombinoscope, indispensables pour exposer la diversité de la fédération. C'était la solution idéale pour obtenir un "vrai" intranet que SharePoint seul ne pouvait offrir.

Pros

Je suis une grande fan de l’expérience SharePoint, mais elle n’est pas toujours la plus aboutie sur le plan visuel, ni la plus flexible quand on veut vraiment « plier » l’outil au paramétrage souhaité. Donc, si l’on veut un intranet avec un vrai goût de personnalisation, Jint est une bonne solution.

Cons

À l’instar de SharePoint, la personnalisation et le paramétrage des webparts peuvent varier énormément d’une webpart à l’autre, ce qui peut rendre la contribution plus difficile.

Lorsque j'ai pris mes fonctions, mon entreprise collaborait déjà avec Mozzaik365. J'ai pu m'appuyer sur leur expérience pour améliorer notre intranet. Les outils qu'ils proposent nous sont devenus indispensables, c'est une véritable plus-value.

Pros

Un grand soin apporté à la relation client : interlocuteurs dédiés, réponses rapides, ateliers personnalisés pour améliorer notre intranet. Rendez-vous réguliers pour nous présenter les nouveautés et nous suggérer des évolutions.

Cons

Rien à signaler pour le moment, à chaque difficulté nous avons eu une réponse. Certains composants ne répondent pas totalement à nos besoins spécifiques, mais l'équipe essaie de trouver des solutions.

Nous avons utilisé Mozzaïk avec pour SharePoint dans le cadre de la refonte de notre intranet, et l’expérience est très positive. L’outil nous a permis de structurer un espace clair, attractif et surtout ergonomique, dans lequel nous avons centralisé toutes les informations essentielles à notre organisation. Grâce à Mozzaïk, nous avons pu créer une plateforme intuitive, accessible à tous les collaborateurs, quel que soit leur service ou leur localisation. L’un des grands atouts de cet outil est sa capacité à rendre l'information lisible et homogène, ce qui nous permet de garantir à chacun le même niveau d’information. Les possibilités de personnalisation, la facilité de prise en main pour les administrateurs comme pour les utilisateurs, et l'intégration fluide à l'environnement Microsoft 365 font de Mozzaïk une solution complète et efficace pour animer la communication interne.

Mozzaïk Add-In nous a permis de créer un intranet ergonomique, attractif et entièrement personnalisé, facilitant l’accès à l’information pour tous les collaborateurs. L’outil s’intègre parfaitement à l’environnement Microsoft 365, ce qui simplifie la gestion des contenus et garantit une expérience utilisateur fluide.

Cons

Notre intranet étant déjà construit sous SharePoint, l'intégration de Mozzaïk a nécessité quelques ajustements, rendant la mise en place plus complexe que prévu. La structure de notre organisation étant particulièrement dense, le déploiement a demandé plus de temps et de coordination entre les équipes pour que l’outil réponde pleinement à nos besoins.

Nous avons rapidement pu proposer une interface moderne pour les 170 collaborateurs avec un degré de personnalisation très intéressant. Le support est très réactif et l'équipe produit recherche toujours plus de fonctionnalités pour améliorer l'expérience des clients, bravo.

Pros

L'intégration a été très fluide et la personnalisation est vraiment bien imaginée.

Cons

Interface intuitive mais l'apprentissage peut prendre un certain temps avec de pouvoir maîtriser le tout.

Mozzaik365 est une solution robuste et les webpart sont intégrés avec les webpart de SharePoint ce qui facilite l'intégration dans les pages. Mozzaik est pour les entreprises cherchant à avoir leur environnement Microsoft 365 personnalisé. Le support est très réactif, ce qui est fort appréciable.

\- l'intégration fluide avec Microsoft 365 : Mozzaik365 s’intègre parfaitement à SharePoint Online et à l’écosystème Microsoft 365. - MoZaaik permet l'amélioration de l’expérience utilisateur: Il modernise l’interface de SharePoint avec des webpart bien pensés, la rendant plus esthétique, intuitive et personnalisable selon les besoins visuels ou branding de l’entreprise. - Le module de recherche PNP est ultra simple à configurer - les webpart pour les pages de profil ou personnalisé

Cons

Mozzaik en tant que solution intégré à Microsoft 365 est payante. Elle est adaptée aux sociétés de taille moyenne ou grande ( plus de 20 personnes).
