I have not struck out yet on finding someone or learning what I considered critical or necessary information and not some random information anyone can find using google. It is very deep and very solid. I will continue to subscribe at the negotiated package price. Pros This is a superb program we use consistently to locate parties, witnesses, assets, or other litigation-related needs. It is easy to use and you can negotiate a package price to meet your budget. you can do a surface barebone search or an in-depth search that will include local neighbors, local family, work, criminal, bankruptcy, judgments, liens, etc. I don't know what we would do without it and you can track and charge it by the case making it a recoverable expense. The staff understood it quickly and can grab the reports for me. Cons I would like to see more direct access to the material it locates. for example, if there is a court record a link to that record would make the search easier. The program is adding features all the time so It would not surprise me to see the AI continue to get better. Still, the best program, and I am being picky as I am 99% satisfied with the entire program. Review Source DL Devan L. July 12, 2023 5.0 I would say using Tracers has been great. While there was a bump with my account, the staff helped fix everything and they truly demonstrated a type of hands on care that admittedly, companies like TLO lack.I have nothing but respect and positive things to say about this company. My experience has been so positive that I plan on staying with them for a very long time and developing the relationship with them and whether you're getting a public records account or a regulated data account I would say it's 100% worth it.Initially, it was between Tracers and Lexisnexus. Well, a buddy signed up for Lexis, and I got to try it, and lets just say the data that Tracers has is way better! Tracers has assisted my efforts, and they have made me feel seen and heard as a loyal client. Pros I love the massive amounts of data, the refreshing blue dashboard, and the way the leadership treats and respects its loyal customers. Been with Tracers for almost 8 months, and I would say I am staying! Tracers and TLOxp are my main go to's now. Tried them all, must say Tracers gets two thumbs up from me! It's super simple to do an inspection, the data quality is unmatched for public records, and overall just a must have for investigators or businesses doing due diligence. Bottom line if youre a new or old investigator looking to equip yourself with tools that quickly seperate you from the amateurs, make sure you include Tracers! I Believe Tracers, TLO, and IDI are the best tools that a Lawyer, investigator, or practitioner of due diligence could have. Another bonus is that support is all US based.If you've been wondering whether or not to go with them, DO IT! You will not be disappointed Cons At first I though there was something wrong with my account and I was disappointed, but management pointed the problem out and it was fixed.Besides the bump in the road which was quick, I have (and still do) always love Tracers! They have the lowest rate of successful searches. You are better of with many other skipt tracers than Tracer.They pulled their data from other skip tracers and they just marked up their price. Avoid this company and \[sensitive content hidden\] at all costs.Google this company review and you will find many negative comments about them. I am always able to get through and not having to wait because they are to busy. They've adopted several of my suggestions. Customer service is very friendly and helpful, even reaching out to me with suggestions. Any problems are handled quickly and professionally. You're dealing with a company that cares about you, not a giant corporation, to whom you're not a priority. Pros Lots of information for your $. It's not always needed, but if you're working on a tough case it can be a goldmine. Once I was trying to locate a high profile fraudster that everyone, including some governmental agencies, was trying to find. Through a single bit of data from Tracers I found him off-grid in a yurt in the AZ desert. I'm well known for being able to do the toughest locates, including homeless people. I also do a lot of high-end fraud and hidden asset cases. While I do use other databases and information sources, Tracers is always where I start. Often, it's all I need. I've used a number of other databases, but Tracers provides the most information overall. Occasionally you'll get a false positive, but I think that's better than a missed positive. If you want only the simplest, surface results, it may not be for you. If you want every possible chance to get a good result, definitely check it out. Cons The old interface was a bit limited and clunky, but they've redesigned everything. It's great now, more TLO-style, with a lot more to offer than before. Don’t make the switch to TRACERS. Worst move ever. Cons The realization that it’s just another company with the same info as everyone else just in a different format. Frustrating when something goes wrong during non-business hours. Pros Good price value. Lots of different functions to locate people. Cons The addresses and phone numbers that people searches give as results are frequently stale, at least for people who are not necessarily firmly established in society. Not necessarily Tracers fault. however. It may be better if databases are uupdated better? Not sure why this is. Reason for choosing Tracers Price.
