Since we have been working with Teams ourselves for a while, timeghost as a compatible app is able to directly take my calendar events and calls, for example. The times and projects can be displayed in different filters. Great software that is focusing on the needs of the customers. Cons Within the software I am completely satisfied. The only minor drawback is that the software takes a bit to start. However, I don't know if that is due to the software or Microsoft Teams. It was always difficult for me to keep track of how much time I spend in meetings and how much time I used for preparation. With timeghost my appointments get easily integrated and then I only must adjust them. It may sound like I'm buttering them up, but my working day has improved considerably through timeghost. Pros I love the Microsoft 365 integration and the Dashboard. With the Microsoft 365 integration I save a lot of time and it reminds me what I have done if I forgot to track. So, the integration is amazing to keep track. The dashboard is a huge benefit because it automatically evaluates your times. I uses a different project for each customer and at the end of the week I can easily see how much time I spend on which task . Cons As already mentioned, I love timeghost and its features. For me as a banker it would be amazing if I could give each project a different color. That will help me to get a faster overview of my customers. It would be top notch if I could do some short notices in my projects, so I get a brief overview by just looking at the projects. It is a new software and right now I am more than happy with it and I recommended it to my colleagues . It happened so many times that the day was over, and I had no clue where my time went. A friend of mine recommended timeghost to me and I gave it a shot. Just let me tell you it was a game changer. Now I know where my time went, and I can even argue better with craftsmen because now I can show them how long they were working. Pros I am not good with computers but even for me it is so easy to handle. I can easily create times and use the feed function. The feed function shows you your appointments and you can just move it to the projects (Amazing). The Dashboard shows me exactly what I needed to know. I am so thankful that my friend has shown me timeghost. Cons For me it is perfect exactly the way it is. Pros What I liked most about the software is that it perfectly integrates my Outlook calendar entries and makes it easy for me to track the times I spend in meetings and calls. I can also export my statistics right from the dashboard in a Excel file, which I can use in order to issue bills to my clients. Cons So far I really can't think of any negative aspects of it. But I hope in the future it will somehow include the Planner from Office 365. So that I can track tasks from there directly in timeghost.
