I would say my experience has been pretty good. I like the how quickly it send messages without any delay also the customer support is very response and respond quickly.

Pros

One of the best thing what I like about Messente is that I can send message to anyone in any country also It is reliable as I never face any trouble in delivering messages.

Cons

It has no mobile app which is the most dislike thing in my point of view also the customization and features are very limited no advance feature in it.

Pros

I really appreciated Messente's support team and user interface. The support team was responsive and helpful, always ensuring any issues were quickly resolved. Additionally, the user interface was intuitive and easy to navigate, which made using the platform a smooth and efficient experience.

Cons

One aspect I liked least about Messente is that the platform occasionally runs a bit slow. While it's generally reliable, there are times when it could be more responsive, which can be slightly frustrating.

Messente is a great company, from the beginning when we reached out to get information about their business they were very informative and they helped our team get setup with ease and they have an excellent customer service team.

Pros

The team is responsive and they actually help you get your questions answered and the system is easy to use. They tell you to reach out to them if you have any questions and when you do they get you the help you need.

Cons

Maybe the cost of SMS Service, just because we are a brand new company we are watching every expense through the startup process.

The infobip team were very slow to communicate let alone actually help us in the setup process. We eventually left because it took over a month to get a response on a ticket we opened regarding their system, and even then they did not provide any substantial help so we mede the switch.

You do good! Most what I like is that you hear needs and react back, and also ready to negotiate!

Pros

Customer service and account management. Both \[sensitive content hidden\] are two main reasons I love it so much. Thank you guys!

Cons

I lack some features for flexibility of settings that can be done on my side, for instance settings of steps of message delivery like WA-sms

The messages are sent in a fast and convenient manner. The historical data is also rather easily accesssible, even though the report itself is not that convenient.

Cons

There are no options to exclude unicode symbols automatically; We were not warned about issues in the Mexican market in spite of both Messente and other vendors being very aware of the issue.

Overall experience has been more than satisfactory. Also like their security measures and how they recognise malicious SMS triggers on their platform and block the numbers. This has saved us from some bot attacks.

Pros

Pricing, customer support and the easy to integrate API documentation and tools.

Cons

So far haven't found any problems with Messente.

Reason for choosing Messente

Other alternative products didn't have the coverage that messente has or just were too expensive for a startup.

### "Easy to use and it just works"

We needed an easy solution to send SMS reminders to our customers, like a video call is about to start in their online education program (it increased participation a lot). Also we send a reminder to those who take an invoice from our store (and don't use direct payment) about 30 minutes after, that please don't forget to make the payment (it also reduced forgotten payments).

Pros

Code example in php, so it was easy to implement.

Cons

It's not possible to receive SMS messages.

Very positive. The fact that the API changed to accommodate new ways to send messages are very positive (Viber, WhatsApp, ...), but a pain to explain to our costumers that they need a new version of the software (and the associated cost).

Pros

Very easy approach, understand and implement on our website, reasonable price, configurability and the fact that allow to administrate and implement new accounts on the same login was mega.

Cons

The API changed since our implementation (2016), so the old versions of the software stop working properly.

very well in support, but in Mexico & colombia our profit compared with other companis is very low with messente, We only use it in some cases

Pros

technology integration is the best, youre very mature in that area

Cons

the low deliver rate. others companies can deliver a message without problem and if i use messente (for the same mobile number), the platform shows that the message could not be deliver or the message is never sent to the user.

We have linked with our core system and based on our communication customer strategy we send through messente different messages to our customers

Pros

Integration with our software on real time and reporting per each selected period with respective costs per SMS

Cons

It is missing the feature to upload a personalised SMS for each Receiver. Currently you could upload a list of different receivers but you could send to them only one sms text (all the same), whilst we would need to have an upload with Receiver and personalised sms, so Messente could send at once

Messente's UI is easy to use and very intuitive. I like that we can track the SMS delivery real time on the right side panel to make sure it makes it to the customer.

Cons

Since we do not use it too heavily but occasionally depending on the need, then I haven't really encountered anything that I have been struggling with.

I like the very easy and straight forward user communication. I can always be sure that the specific person is contacted and I am notified if there are any issues if the message is not sent. I gladly recommend it to anyone if you need to contact someone via SMS.

Cons

The reporting and history check could be easier to access but in general these are minor issues.
