I have suggested we put in a beer cooler in the office so we can handle working with Popup Smart another day. Pros It goes after what we struggle with, email capture. Cons Where do I start? The software is extremely broken. We have found several bugs for them and we feel like we are their QA and product team. The bugs are endless. They have no quality assurance or anyone testing this product. The customers are the testers. Support is offline during US hours and only online during business hours in India.It's shocking to me how popular this software has got with so many bugs. It's non stop. It's so frustrating and they're unthankful. We have helped them SOOOO much. They're ungrateful for paying customers having the patience to point out and comprehensively report bugs.
