By far helps us stay in compliance and stay on task. Takes a while to understand what will work for your grow but once you understand you are able to adjust to fit your needs. In addition, they are always making improvements! Videos and standards are a great reference library for my employees. Support is there within minutes. Team is knowledgeable of their system and try to fit your process within their system to help make work easy! Pros Tasking, Metrc interface, ability to create measures and customer service is amazing! Cons Workflows (ability to copy/paste, compare, etc) Reasons for choosing Trym The tasking sold us on Trym as other platforms did not have this as extensive as Trym does. The team is supportive and are a joy to work with. The online support is an even greater plus. TRYM goes above and beyond to ensure that cultivators are ready to use their software. They worked patiently with my staff and cultivators to ensure that we could use the program to its fullest and most effective capacity. Pros TRYM is a great management and reporting software that really brings alive the possibilities a cultivation facility can have. As a cultivator and an admin for METRC it has helped me immensely. It makes reporting my numbers to the state a breeze and has a much cleaner and usable interface that is crafted to be used by the cultivator. I also enjoy using the tasks function to keep track of what is getting done and how efficiently said tasks are getting completed. Cons Mobile reporting would be a huge feature I would love to have in California. I know it's on the roadmap though! Reasons for choosing Trym Clean and responsive interface and many more features.
