I'm still exploring all of the features to be able to track hours spent and budget health per project. Pros The look is simple and easy to use. I like how you have dropdowns for the tasks and phases for each project. Cons Factor AE seems to crash sometimes when I'm using it and I have to keep re-logging in. It gives us a much better view of our projects, schedules, and resources all in one place. The platform is easy to use and it has made it easier for our teams to collaborate and stay on top of project information. The Factor team has also been great to work with and very responsive when we have questions or need help. Overall, we feel that Factor AE provides significant value and has become an important part of how we manage our projects and business. Pros I love how the project schedules tie into the resource manager! The user interface is easy to understand. Cons Doesn't connect with our accounting software, but we've found workarounds for it. Factor staff walked us through the entire process over an introductory zoom call with our team, which was wonderful. Excellent customer service. Pros Factor is an excellent tool for those in the design/build industry. Our project managers are able to efficiently set up project folders and allocate tasks to team members. Factor's user interface is simple and intuitive. As a designer, I especially appreciate seeing a progress bar to keep track of budget. Cons I have been using Factor for several months now, and so far there are no issues to report. Very happy overall. Would like to learn the CRM more proficient for my use, and to be able to add more information and the ability to link it to Outlook emails.
