Overall, I was not happy and we have several employees that did not like it. It also didn't have any app, which is crucial for our field

Pros

It was very simple and easy to use, but it didn't do anything we were promised.

Cons

The features, it is not a good project management tool.

Reasons for choosing Continuum CRM

The price and we were promised a lot of features that did not come to light. We were basically a test company for them, at least what it felt like.
