They listen to our needs and have on several occasions implemented functionality that wasn’t present before. This made a big difference to the way we administrate the platform and for the user/candidate experience as well. They are proactive and think holistically. They have been able to tell us which candidates have come full circle - from first utilising the platform as part of their job search and then becoming a BDO employee and Then a Pathmotion insider themselves. This helps us quantify the worth of the product too. A highly adaptable product and team who are genuinely willing to work collaboratively with clients to meet their needs. Pros Being able to share real life stories and allow candidates to ‘see behind the curtain’ of our organisation. Beyond the corporate communications. We receive regular updates on the effectiveness and performance of the platform, ensuring we are getting the most out of it as a business. Pros For applicants, it's a fantastic experience to feel like they are able to access "insiders" to the business. It gives us great insights to applicant behaviours and interests - often allowing us to get ahead of trends. The data and reporting has been really useful to identify next steps, and is something that we share with the recruitment team internally. Cons Ideally, PathMotion would integrate to our CRM. Getting new users to the site has been really simple because the product is intuitive to use. The features of delving into the users, the types of questions raised has been useful on so many occasions to bring to board meetings to get very quick and relatively inexpensive up to date research (ie from the questions posed). The ease of interrogating the questions, types/ groups of questions posed and being able to pull them simply from an Excel doc is brilliant - makes it look like i've done loads of work! Cons Personally there is nothing i dislike about the software. The platform is easy to use, navigate and understand, and has been pivotal to our overall employer brand strategy. Pros The system is easy to easy, requiring little training for the users, and enables them to represent our company talent brand easily, whilst not taking too much time, and also allowing admins visibility over what's being searched, said and viewed. Cons Whilst still being reviewed and updated, the branding element of the platform felt very far off our overall Employer Brand, and was difficult to customise. I know this is being addressed now.
