Pros

Happyforce is extremely easy to navigate while helping promote company communication and employee engagement.

Cons

We have found that Happyforce has brought our company closer by helping us understand employee sentiment and understanding areas for improvement within our company! This has really helped in creating a positive work environment!

Adding a 3rd party to any actual emergency hot line for maintenance adds unnecessary and complicated situations that could be entirely avoided. My property unfortunately has enacted HF’s service; and I can say from first had experience this is a WASTE OF TIME. They have flooded my work order system with MORE work orders, and have confused my residents. HF doesn’t work on site, nor understand anyone’s specific property so they will NEVER be able to give proper assistance in any emergency situation. Happy Force is NOT HELPFUL. Sincerely, average maintenance technician

Their response time is excellent. However that does not make up for their poor service.

Cons

They are a 3rd party with no proper experience.

Por el momento nos aporta el poder tener al personal al día con las novedades de la compañía y poder crear encuestas.

Pros

Que tiene mucho potencial para poder mejorar la comunicación interna, ya sea a través de comunicados, como comentarios, encuestas, rankings, etc.

Cons

Que no tenga versión web para las personas que no quieran instalarse la aplicación en el móvil. El personal de fábrica no son partidarios de tener apps en los móviles personales. Se podría crear una cuenta común y dejar a disposición una tablet/ordenador para que cada uno pudiera entrar y ver las comunicaciones o comentar publicaciones sin ser necesario darse de alta.

Como herramienta de feedback nos encanta el feedback :) Ya hemos lanzado una versión web para aquellas personas que no quieran instalarse una app en su móvil, o para usar desde cualquier tablet o PC. Mi experiencia con Happyforce es muy buena, realmente la recomendaría porque permite muchísimas cosas y es muy buena para sacarle jugo a la comunicación bidireccional de la organización. Lo que más me encanta es el tema de reconocimiento porque creo que es un gran motivador para todos. Sólo pediría más atención a sus usuarios en temas técnicos, como en el caso de las fallas que es un stopper que a veces hemos tenido.

Pros

Happyforce nos ha ayudado a poder comunicarnos de una manera más rápida y ágil con todos los miembros de la organización. También nos ha permitido estar más en contacto con todas las sucursales de nuestra organización y potenciar los reconocimientos hacia todos los colaboradores sin importar la localidad en la que estén.

Cons

Como administrador, me he percatado de varias fallas que ha tenido el software, como falta de datos o que luego hay mantenimientos y no hay aviso previo, por lo que, cuando queremos revisar nuestro dashboard nos damos cuenta que no contamos con la información que requerimos.

Buena experiencia a nivel general, es una aplicación muy original

Pros

Los resúmenes de datos sobre las respuestas dentro de la empresa son muy utilies y la función de reconocimientos entre empleados fue muy utilizada y motivo al personal

Cons

Algunas conversaciones se pierden porque al contestar aparecen en la misma fecha de cuando se realizaron por primera vez y no en la fecha de la respuesta

It's very easy to use. You have many scores to measure the engagement of your employees. It has a very good price

Cons

Sometimes you have to navigate a lot (many clicks) to arrange needed info. The web client is not very good and there are some employees who don't want to access with the mobile app.

El sistema es muy fácil de usar, te ayuda a medir muchos indicadores de los colaboradores respecto a su salud emocional, mental, física, así como también te asiste en reconocer a aquellos colaboradores que dan el 101% dentro de la empresa.

Cons

Solo pondría mas automatizado el proceso de invitación/eliminación de colaboradores de alta y baja.

I was looking for a tool to help me transition the team to a transparent and open culture, enabling anonymous and continous feedback. i did not only get that but also a software that allows to get a continous voice of sales/marketing on specific actions, get ideas from front line teams - which are really important. On these days where data is important, getting qualitative feedback on a topic from 1-2 employees is not important to take a decision. happy force helps you take decision with more confidence.

Pros

Happy force not only provides feedback on the well being and engagement of the team but is an amazing tool to quickly get data on any topic in the organization and by doing so the team feels it has a say

Cons

Not sure what to share, the tool is very intuitive and team is super responsive to any problem or suggestion, the software is in continuous development and I see plenty of potential.
