On these days where data is important, getting qualitative feedback on a topic from 1-2 employees is not important to take a decision. Happy force helps you take decision with more confidence.
I did not only get that but also a software that allows to get a continous voice of sales/marketing on specific actions, get ideas from front line teams - which are really important.

Adding a 3rd party to any actual emergency hot line for maintenance adds unnecessary and complicated situations that could be entirely avoided.
They have flooded my work order system with MORE work orders, and have confused my residents.
HF doesn’t work on site, nor understand anyone’s specific property so they will NEVER be able to give proper assistance in any emergency situation.
My property unfortunately has enacted HF’s service; and I can say from first had experience this is a WASTE OF TIME.

Cons: Sometimes you have to navigate a lot (many clicks) to arrange needed info. The web client is not very good and there are some employees who don't want to access with the mobile app.

Overall: I was looking for a tool to help me transition the team to a transparent and open culture, enabling anonymous and continous feedback. i did not only get that but also a software that allows to get a continous voice of sales/marketing on specific actions, get ideas from front line teams - which are really important. Pros: Happy force not only provides feedback on the well being and engagement of the team but is an amazing tool to quickly get data on any topic in the organization and by doing so the team feels it has a say
Cons: Not sure what to share, the tool is very intuitive and team is super responsive to any problem or suggestion, the software is in continuous development and I see plenty of potential.

Overall: Me parece la mejor herramienta de encuestas de empleado en relación calidad precio, sin duda.
Pros: Es muy fácil de usar, tanto por los usuarios como por los administradores. Muy amigable, con información relevante a simple vista y interfaz limpia. Genera muy buena información sobre el estado de los empleados y los informes son muy buenos. El equipo de soportes siempre está disponible, te ayudan con problemas que te puedan surgir y recogen tu feedback.
Cons: Lo único malo es que de cara al empleado, está muy orientado a móvil y deja de lado al usuario que no quiere o puede instalarse la app, haciendo que sea más compleja (no imposible) su participación.

"Una excelente herramienta de trabajo para RRHH"
Overall: Es una herramienta de trabajo para poner los temas que importan al empleado en la mesa de cualquier Comité. Nos permite conocer la experiencia real del empleado en tiempo real.
Pros: Es una herramienta que encaja perfectamente en nuestro modelo de experiencia de empleado, y que complementa cada acción que ya teníamos en marcha. Se integra con nuestros SSII, y requiere muy poca inversion de tiempo para implantarla. Es muy intuitiva tanto para el usuario como para los administradores. La atención al cliente es personalizada y cuidada.
Cons: No encuentro nada que sea una contra. De hecho, cada cosa que echo en falta, la traslado al equipo de Happyforce para que analicen su desarrollo.
