Pros

  • I like the easy of use, the integration with outlook, the mobile app and the reporting tools to keep track of everything. I also like a lot the continious improvement.

  • I love the chance to follow up on opportunities and collaborate project management with my team.

  • The product has great ability to customize the tracking of your sales, projects and customer follow-up. It integrates well with outlook and helps you organize your day.

  • Great product, great support. I have recommended RepFabric to many other rep agencies and I know several have signed up as well.

Cons

  • If I had to dig deep and I would say an email noting that a po has been enter under my market so I can go look at it. But I typically look daily anyway.

  • The reporting tool is a little difficult to use. I feel it could be labeled differently to be less confusing.

  • The main difficulty we experience is needing to create a new company before we can tie an email to the customer.

  • Getting a customized subroutine. If you do want something customized, it is a bit difficult to complete.

"HHW Endorses Repfabric"

Pros: Sales reporting, opportunity tracking and Activity Journals are a great!

Cons: nothing negative to say about it. love it

"Review of RepFabric"

Overall: RepFabric was a game-changer for us. Moving from salesforce was definitely the next level with managing customers, opportunities, and contacts. Very happy with RepFabric!

Pros: Opportunities and follow ups - we use this daily and we are able to sort by manufacturing line (sometimes multiple on one opp) and by customer, contact, etc.

Cons: One thing that I keep hoping for is the ability to reconcile what POs are still open with how much is left to ship and, of that, what commission is left. The commission reconciliation based on open and closed POs is not quite where I'd like it to be. Seeing this by line and per customer would be great—all in one report!

Reasons for Switching to Repfabric: saleforce was not as well set up for reps at RF.

"Several years into RepFabric"

Overall: I routinely recommend RepFabric and haven't looked back upon my choices several years into use of it.

Pros: The people and the vision; and its focus specifically on the rep agency business model.

Cons: The user interface is dated, not customizable, and snow.

Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Choosing Repfabric: They required a ton of customization (my time and money) to fulfill our basic business model's needs, and I knew that it would routinely cost me lots of time and money to keep those customizations working as time went on.
Switched From: RPMS
Reasons for Switching to Repfabric: RPMS only offered a fraction of what we were looking for as part of our vision.

"Great product, and improvements are being made frequently."

Overall: It was slow getting it all up and running, and some of our users aren't using it as much as they will be in the future, but it is coming along nicely. Very happy with the product so far.

Pros: The ease of use on the web portal, and how easy it is to update quotes. Can't wait for the new app to launch, and the old one goes away.

Cons: It doesn't work flawlessly with Oasis just yet, but I know that the development team is working hard on getting things working that will help us. They have a great software team, and support has been great so far.

Alternatives Considered: Zoho CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud
Reasons for Choosing Repfabric: Cost was reasonable, and this CRM is aimed at how our business is setup so it seemed like a nice fit for us.
