Pros I appreciate that the system can be used on a computer as well as through a mobile device. Even better that the two systems work seamlessly. Cons The main difficulty we experience is needing to create a new company before we can tie an email to the customer. This is only a problem for new companies we work with and when trying to link emails to new opportunities, this can be a little clunky. Pros I like the different tools and features that RepFabric offers, the ease of use, the tracking of communications and contact management. These are really helpful in the field when making sales calls. Cons The reporting tool is a little difficult to use. I feel it could be labeled differently to be less confusing. Pros Overall, I think the CRM is user friendly. Easy to access and input data. It's also very simple to run reports for your principals as necessary. Love the plug in as well in Outlook, very useful to tag opps to emails. Cons Sometimes there are some glitches in the email outreach and mapping could be improved further. Pros The entire system matches our functions so well that not only was our original implementation easy but new hires find the system intuitive and easy to learn. With Repfabric the Ease of Use is incredible. Many times in my daily routine I need ease of use. Repfabric completes that Cons I really do not have any cons.
