Pros

Plateforme très intuitive et ergonomique. Répond a un vrai besoin de communication externe et de diffusion ciblée de l'information. Des templates sont proposés pour les utilisateurs qui n'auraient pas d'outil de PAO pour faire leur graphisme. L'utilisateur est parfaitement guidé dans chaque étape. Volet statistique très intéressant

Mise en place ultra rapide, équipe au top et disponible.

Pros

La fonctionnalité de notification qui permet d'utiliser un canal de communication encore peut exploité en interne et la capacité de gérer le niveau de prédominance de l'information.

Cons

J'aurai aimé un peu plus de template pour choiri dans le type de signature.

Facilité d'utilisation et de déploiement. C'est également transparents pour nos équipes donc pas de coup de formation

Cons

Le logiciel est très intuitif mais il y a beaucoup de choses. Une mini formation est recommandée pour bien maitriser l'outil
