Every hour of downtime is $1000's of dollars in losses. Pros This software is designed with the end-user in mind and works up the chain from there. One of the most difficult things in any of our software implementations has been the level of familiarity and ability of the people that we want using it the most. This system is focused on getting the information in a way that is both easy and repeatable for the operators. Cons None at this time. It does the job that it's supposed to. Reasons for choosing UptimePM There is nothing else on the market with this sole focus. There are a lot of products that try to add this as a bolt-on/ancillary but none of them have proven to be a fit.
