Pros

Talent Funnel is a very easy system to use. Great design, very user friendly, it had all the functionality that a Talent Acquisition would need, but also considering the candidate's experience. They were very accommodating on requests and tailored the whole system to our needs.

Cons

Having worked with many different systems over the years, I did not find many lowlights for Talent Funnel. Perhaps the reporting could have been more details but this was not required when set up and could have been easily improved thanks to the team's ability to respond to the needs.

Excellent the team have always been approachable and collaborative to work with.

Pros

The ease of use and customisable features, we were able to set our work flow out and Talent Funnel build our system around this. We have been able to discuss additional features which the team have accommodated they are continually reviewing their product for improvement.

Cons

Very little I think it is a simple clear product to use, unfortunately our payroll system Access/Selima will not integrate with Talent Funnel which is not through fault on Talent Funnel's part, this means we are unable currently to fully utilise some features of the system such as onboarding.

Career Builder was a terrible off the shelf product that was not able to support our work flow or dual branding, the system was clunky with steps of process that had to be followed that had no relevance to us.
