"A Great Connection Tool amidst the Era of Automation"
Overall: Our specific focus with FitGrid was always first-time clients, with our goal to convert as many first-time clients into membership as possible. Month over month we always saw a major advantage in that the first-time clients who received some sort of communication were much more likely to sign up for membership. A HUGE benefit given how little effort it really took to make that happen.
Pros: The ease with which myself and other coaches could send personalized messages to our members makes for an excellent tool. Members feel even more special receiving messages from their coach, it helps them feel connected to the gym and the community. Also helpful to use as a reminder for upcoming events.
Cons: I can't really pinpoint anything that I could highlight as needing the most improvement. Most features are pretty easy to use or figure out, and at the very least our Support Rep was always overly helpful to me.
"FitGrid Review"
Overall: I love FitGrid. They really helped me navigate Covid by being one of the first to integrate a virtual program with our scheduling software. They are also on top of adding new features regularly.
Pros: I love how easy FitGrid promotes and makes possible employee / client engagement. It really helps with client retention.
Cons: I wish that there was a feature that would allow clients to post or copy reviews to other platforms, or be visible to clients. I love that my instructors receive reviews regularly. I only hope it doesn't discourage clients from leaving public reviews, thinking they've already done so.
"Good start but not long term "
Overall: It was good for the first while and then it didn't seem to have much effect. In the end it didn't end up being a good use of money for us.
Pros: It was a nice way to communicate with clients however it become more of a chore later and we did not see a huge impact with clients.
Cons: It became a bit of a chore and was sometimes troublesome getting people to use it.

Overall: I have thoroughly enjoyed everyone I have worked with at FitGrid, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and plan to do even more with them in the future!
Pros: Using the Pro App and the personalized instructor follow ups has doubled our retention rate!
Cons: The Dashboard could pull more contacts that are either mid way through a package, or should be upgraded to Membership, or have not been back in 7 days...basically quicker reach out vs. wait for the Win Backs

Overall: Fitgrid has been great! Our customers have loved the connection and being able to leave reviews.
Pros: I love the simplicity of livestream as well as taking the guess work out of client follow up.
Cons: Some tweaks could be made. More control of daily tasks, clearing tasks, etc.
"Hard to use as a user"
Pros: Not much, it holds the scores of my tennis club but it's so messy and complicated.
Cons: I don't where to go to view my league, input my scores or view stats. I just have to click around, doesn't seem to save to any homepage or quick links. It's been overcomplicated.
