My overall experience with SpiderAF was very positive. The platform worked reliably and delivered the insights we needed with no technical difficulties. Ultimately, we decided to cancel our subscription due to pausing our ad campaigns and adjusting our strategy for cost-saving reasons—not because of the product. I would still recommend SpiderAF to teams actively running campaigns, as it provides strong support in protecting ad spend and improving campaign quality.

Pros

SpiderAF is very intuitive and easy to learn. The platform makes ad fraud monitoring simple, with clear dashboards and straightforward reporting. I especially appreciated how quickly we were able to get started and navigate the tool with minimal onboarding.

Cons

Pricing can be a consideration for smaller teams or for companies reassessing their ad budgets. Otherwise, I didn’t encounter any issues with the platform itself.

From the beginning, they were incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in understanding my specific business needs. The implementation was quick and seamless. They’ve allowed me to try out new releases, and after several months working together, I believe I made a great decision.

Pros

Easy to implement, with full-time support from the support team. All the features work perfectly as is advertised.

Cons

It is more expensive than other tools on the market, but its excellent support makes the high cost worthwhile.

Since implementing Spider AF, our campaigns have become noticeably more efficient. The bot protection is solid, and their support team is quick to respond and very helpful. It's a strong solution for any data-driven marketing team.

Pros

Spider AF has an intuitive interface, clear reporting, and highly reliable detection of invalid traffic. I especially appreciate the automated rules that act instantly — it saves a lot of time and manual work.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to understand all the features in depth, but the dashboard makes it easier to get familiar quickly.

Throughout my interactions, they were quick to jump on calls with me to work through challenges, and their high-touch approach was the best I've ever seen of any service period.

Pros

There's so much to like, but if I had to pick a favorite aspect of Spider AF, it's the support. Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. They've been committed and knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Everything you could ever hope for in a service.

Cons

The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me. That said, they went the extra mile to add me on slack and are responsive even way outside their work hours when I have a question, so that's really well mitigated as well.

タグを設定するだけで悪質なクリックのアドフラウド対策が開始できて、どのような種類のアドフラウドが多かったのかツールの管理画面からもわかり、ツールの影響で削減できたコストの概算も出してくれる。また、悪質なコンバージョンの対策もできるため、質が担保されているコンバージョン計測ができるのが良い。

過去除外されたプレースメントがなぜ除外されたのか、管理画面から振り返れるとより良くなる。

I don't need to spend a lot of time on it, the service would do AD fraud detection automatically for me.Also the price is reasonable, customer support is kind and heartful.

Cons

Maybe the variety of frauds are hard to explain to other people.But that is not the service's fault.

メリットが大きい割に、ほぼカスタマーサポートの方がレポートを出してくれるので使用感があまりないです。しかし、これを上司などに報告するととても喜ばれます。少ない工数で会社には大きなメリットを出してくれます。

Pros

デメリットがないのに、メリットが大きい所。多くの広告を出しているのならやらない理由が分からない。一番は、無駄広告がハッキリ見えるのが有り難い。マーケターとして把握しておたいけどdフォウしていいか分からないポイントだから助かる。

Cons

特に無いです。粗探しても見つからないです。導入する際に、上司にも言われましたが、デメリットのない商品なんてないからきちんと報告しなさいと言われましたが特にない。使ってみて出てくると思いきや、それでもないですね。

Pros

The cost-effectiveness of the product is very impressive. Also, the staff is very responsive, courteous, and quick to respond, so there are few problems.

Cons

I would like to see more plans, as a wide variety of plans would broaden the scope of our use. Also, we would like to know in more detail to what extent ad-fraud is prevented.
