Pros \- Compared to similar software's, it's great value for money! - It's bursting full of content which is all editable within the software so it's super easy to customise. - The support service is prompt and helpful, to suit all kinds of preferred methods of contact, phone, email, support queries, helpful videos, user guides with images and instructions etc. - The usability and look of the system is so easy to use - So easy to review documents and excellent traceability using the dashboard to see when documents have been edited or changed. Pros The software is easy to use, and management of documents is great as you can easily duplicate RAMs and use a master template. Cons There could be more substances in the COSHH library. Pros Using pre-written content to create a risk assessment was very valuable! Knowing the output would be accurate and professional with minimal investment. Cons Haven't really found any negatives as of yet, it takes a while to understand terminology but there are plenty of guides available when you get stuck.
