Case Easy's immigration software has been a complete disappointment. Despite the high cost, their team consistently fills out forms with errors, jeopardizing my application. The lack of templates further complicates matters, and their slow, unhelpful customer service adds to the frustration. Avoid this service – it's a waste of money and utterly useless.

Pros

Not liking any features at the moment. I thought it would make the process easy but not really.

Cons

Accuracy of form completion, Response Time, Lack of enough templates, document checklists, Mistakes in Client questionnaires, Not appropriate or helpful response

Because of it's raving reviews, which i feel are not true now.

Pros

With CaseEasy, you need no other Client Management software to manage a successful law practice. From assessment questionnaires to client intake to accounting and billing: CaseEasy encompasses every aspect of client interaction. Each feature is fully integrated so that you can keep organized and efficient. The platform is very attractive and user-friendly as well; which adds an element of fun to work that is so very motivating. What's more, it is a web-based service so staff can work from home or anywhere in the world! Before we purchased CaseEasy for our office, we used their biggest competitor. Therefore, I can say with confidence that CaseEasy is superior in so many ways.

Cons

I have yet to encounter a more responsive team of service providers. So, they actually canvas their clients on for improvement ideas. Everything we have brought to their attention to add or improve has been addressed. And, as such, I am confident that future ideas will be treated the same way.

This system helps me to manage client cases better and have a very effective communication channel with them.

Pros

Clients have their portal and they can communicate with the consultant directly. Documents can be shared over the portal by both clients and consultants.

Cons

There are no APIs available so far to connect this system with other platforms.

Other systems looked outdated, but CaseEasy looks advanced and presentable.
