While it took some time to get familiar with all the features, once implemented, Capmo supported more structured workflows and made it easier to keep projects on track. Pros What I liked most about Capmo was how well it’s tailored to construction project management. The platform brings scheduling, defect management, documentation, and communication together in one place, which made it much easier to keep everyone aligned on site and in the office. I especially appreciated the structured workflows and real‑time updates, which helped reduce miscommunication and kept tasks and deadlines transparent. Overall, it felt purpose‑built for the industry rather than a generic project management tool. Cons What I liked least about Capmo was that it can feel somewhat rigid compared to more general project management tools. While the structure is helpful, it leaves less room for customization if a team has workflows that don’t fit neatly into the construction‑specific processes Capmo is designed for. Cons Die Art und Weise, wie die Firma mit langjährigen Kunden umgeht, ist unsäglich. Ich kann nur davon abraten, mit dieser Firma eine Geschäftsbeziehung einzugehen. Es kann ihnen passieren, dass ihnen die Preise einfach verdoppelt werden. Und die Wertschätzung als Kunde merkt man daran, dass diese Firma das Gespräch mit Ihnen verweigert. Auffallende Punkte können direkt bei Begehungen an die Nachunternehmer gemeldet werden. Durch die Verortung finden die Firmen auch schneller welche Aufgaben wo zu erledigen sind und bis wann. Das Feedback durch die Firmen klappt über das Ticketsystem deutlich besser, als bisher analog. Cons Das Dokumentenmanagement hat noch deutliches Verbesserungspotential. Hier muss man ein paar Dinge beachten -> bei Aktualisierung der Pläne muss die Ausrichtung und der Maßstab beibehalten werden, weil sonst die Verortung nicht mehr passt und ebenfalls aktualisiert werden muss. Durch die einfache Handhabung kommen auch neue Kollegen sehr schnell mit dem Programm zurecht. Cons Ich habe Capmo zwar im Unternehmer integriert und zu Beginn auch selber genutzt. Allerdings liegen meine Hauptaufgaben nicht im operativen Geschäft, so dass ich nur noch unregelmäßig mit dem Programm arbeiten. Seitens meiner Mitarbeiter sind mir aktuell keine Nachteile bekannt.
