Pros

Mir gefällt an Remberg besonders die übersichtliche und intuitive Bedienung. Die Funktionen werden kontinuierlich erweitert und verbessert, wodurch sich die Software stetig weiterentwickelt. Außerdem ist der Support sehr gut und bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell zur Stelle.

Cons

Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der App ist aktuell noch nicht ganz zufriedenstellend und bietet an einigen Stellen Verbesserungspotenzial. Insbesondere die Ersatzteilfunktion sowie der Bestellprozess könnten noch intuitiver und umfangreicher gestaltet werden.

Besonders die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und die zentrale Verwaltung von Anlagen, Dokumentationen und Arbeitsabläufen erleichtern den Arbeitsalltag. Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit lassen sich die meisten Funktionen effizient nutzen. Insgesamt unterstützt Remberg dabei, Arbeitsprozesse transparenter, strukturierter und effizienter zu gestalten.

Die Möglichkeit, sämtliche Prozesse strukturiert abzubilden und Anwendern einen schnellen, einfachen und benutzerfreundlichen Zugang zu Abläufen zu ermöglichen.

Den grössten Vorteil sehe ich im Erfassen der Anlagen sowie im Hinterlegen der verbauten Komponenten und spezifischen Ersatzteile. Besonders hilfreich ist zudem die einfache Möglichkeit, Störungen direkt über den QR-Code der jeweiligen Anlage zu melden.

Cons

Die Sprache im Dashboard lässt sich momentan leider nicht auf Deutsch umschalten. Das ist zwar etwas schade, beeinflusst die Funktionalität und den Nutzen des gesamten Wartungsprogramms jedoch kaum.

Meine bisherige Erfahrung mit remberg ist sehr positiv. Die Plattform ist sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv aufgebaut und dadurch einfach in der täglichen Nutzung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gute Support. Außerdem entwickelt sich remberg kontinuierlich weiter und wird dadurch immer praktischer. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die Möglichkeit, alle relevanten Dokumente, durchgeführten Reparaturen und hinterlegten Notizen zu einer Anlage zentral zu erfassen und jederzeit nachzuvollziehen.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir die Kombination aus einem innovativen Produkt und einem starken Team. Besonders schätze ich die offene und dynamische Unternehmenskultur, die Möglichkeit, selbst Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge mitzugestalten. Außerdem finde ich es sehr positiv, dass man bei Problemen jederzeit auf die Unterstützung des Teams zählen kann und gemeinsam schnell nach Lösungen gesucht wird.

Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit des Systems ist hervorragend. Es ist sehr durchdacht und einfach aufgebaut. Auch der Support ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons

Bislang konnte ich keine wesentlichen Nachteile bei remberg feststellen. Insgesamt macht die Lösung einen sehr ausgereiften Eindruck.

Remberg ist leicht verständlich und einfach in der Handhabung - der Kundenservice ist immer sehr zuvorkommend und geht auf unsere Bedürfnisse sowie Wünsche ein.

Pros

Remberg ermöglicht es mir einen umfassenden u. transparenten Blick über unsere technischen Anlagen zu erhalten. Ein Blick der zulässt Wartung und Mängel nachzuverfolgen aber auch Anforderungen aus der ISO 90001 sowie der 270001 zu erfüllen. Die sich daraus ergebende Transparenz für alle aus dem Team macht die Zusammenarbeit einfacher. Das System ist agil und exakt auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt was nicht selbstverständlich ist wenn ich einen SAP Concur oder ParkHere vergleichen.

Cons

Die Schnittstelle zu DIenstleistern ist faktisch kaum möglich da die Marktdurchdringung von remberg noch nicht vorhanden ist

Remberg ist sehr Kundenorientiert und entwickelt sich stetig weiter, daher werden auch Verbesserungsvorschläge von Kunden in der Software zeitnah umgesetzt.

Pros

Die Software bietet eine sehr strukturierte Oberfläche, ohne große Einführungen kann man sich schnell zu recht finden.

Cons

Es gibt aktuell keine Beanstandungen. Bei den kleinsten Problemen steht einem der direkt Ansprechpartner in kurzer Zeit zur Verfügung.
