Ease of use and setup. When outlining our requirements, all needs/hurdles were addressed.

Cons

In year one the overall product roadmap was a little unclear, but not we get regular updates.

It works well! Great customer service, when needed, which wasn't often.

Pros

Very customizable. They were able to align the software perfectly with our Capture process and outside subscriptions.

Cons

The Outlook Add-in didn't always work well, but that was probably a Salesforce issue, not GovCon Suite.

It eliminated many manual process of data management.

Pros

This is the central repository of data and it has eliminated of manual process to generate reports. It made tracking of contract opportunities and metrics data easy.

Cons

The GovWin connector and SAM.gov connector speed can be improved. Also, the data that are imported from GovWin could be expanded.
