Wenn man wie ich 10 Jahre mit Top Kontor Handwerk gearbeitet hat freut man sich über die einfache Struktur der Software

Das Programm ist einfach aufgebaut, so das man fast ohne Anleitung alles intuitiv bedienen kann. Dabei hält die Software trotz Ihrer wenigen Menüpunkte alles bereit um den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichtern.

Cons

Es ist in einigen Menüpunkten ein Umweg entsprechende Dokumente zu finden. zB. kann ein Lieferschein erst durch das aufrufen einer Rechnung angezeigt werden. Das könnte besser gelöst werden.

Ich habe ein Abonnement bei Tool Time abgeschlossen und möchte mein Bedauern über diesen Schritt und die extrem schlechte Servicequalität ausdrücken. Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit anderen Selbstständigen teilen, damit sie nicht auf dieses Unternehmen hereinfallen. Ich habe mich für das Solo-Jahresabo entschieden, welches laut Aussagen des Unternehmens mit einem Rabatt und einem attraktiven Angebot kam. Ich zahlte 902,50 €. Nach zwei Wochen war ich extrem enttäuscht: das Programm ist schlecht, bietet nur Rechnungs- und Angebotsfunktionen, und ist sehr kompliziert in der Anwendung. Jedes Mal wird nach dem Passwort gefragt, und selbst wenn es korrekt eingegeben wird, erscheint eine Fehlermeldung. Bei Problemen dauert es oft mehr als zwei Stunden, bis eine Antwort per Nachricht kommt – und die Lösungen sind ineffektiv. Wenn ich anrufe, wird mein Anruf, da meine Nummer im System gespeichert ist, nicht entgegengenommen, egal wie oft ich es versuche. Meine Empfehlung an alle Unternehmer: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter! Es gibt Alternativen, die zum halben Preis einen wesentlich besseren Service bieten, mit respektvollem Kundenservice und umfangreicheren Funktionen.

Positive, this has gave me so much more time back allowing me to quote more jobs and spend time with my 3 boys. Its cut my admin workload down from hours every evening to an hour max.

Pros

Great tool, has been a massive help for me scaling my business. My partner \[sensitive content hidden\] works from home handling all of the work schedule, quoting and invoicing - she can instantly see whats been done on site and then create all of the docs really quickly. The team have been great, Lewis made it easy to sign up and Laura has been on hand for anything we got stuck with.

Cons

Nothing so far, the team have been really helpful with anything I needed. Initially I signed up for the trial but there was no button to purchase on the platform, but I just booked a demo instead.

Ease of use, the mobile app specifically - all of the others is just the website shrunk to a tiny screen, its just not useable. The team are also much better - Lewis and Laura are really approachable and great to work with.

Brilliant. It’s been embraced by the staff and is proving to be a valuable tool.

Pros

The functionality caters for all trades and isn’t set to one particular industry. As a landscaper, it’s hard to find an app that allows us to work it to our specific needs.

Cons

Our work is very visual and as such we often use images within our quotes. We are unable to do this when using the quote tool on ToolTime.

From the first Tooltime I spoken to David regarding Tooltime my experience has been amazing never ever an hassle. When I had my induction with \[sensitive content hidden\] to help me set up it’s been a breeze and help my business so much. If I ever have any problems if I contact Laura nothing is ever to much trouble. Much obliged Tooltime.

Pros

Tooltime has saved me so so much doing invoices, quotes and appointments. Everything can be done via mobile phone or laptop. One of the best things I have brought into my business.

I have to be 100% honest here there is nothing I don’t like about Tooltime.

Mir wurde versprochen, dass ich mich von meiner jetzigen Buchhaltungssoftware zu ToolTime deutlich verbessern würde. Es gab keie Möglichkeit auf der messe eine vernünftige Darstellung zu bekommen. Der Verkäufer hat mich nicht richtig aufgeklärt, ansonsten hätte er mir die Software nicht empfehlen dürfen, da sie im Vergleich zu meiner jetzigen Software LEXOFFICE deutliche Nachteile hat. Nachdem ich die Nachteile bemängelt habe und vom Vertrag zurücktreten wollte, gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen der Firma. Unmögliches Verhalten im Sinne von Kundenfreundlichkeit!!!

Als Tool bei "normalen" Projekten machte es Spaß und ist ein sehr hilfreiches Instrument, mit dem man den Überblick über die Aufträge behält. Da wir auch an Ausschreibungen teilnehmen und Aufträge der öffentlichen Hand bearbeiten, sind wir gezwungen, nun in 2 Programmen zu arbeiten. Es kostet sehr viel Zeit, um sicher zu stellen, dass es nicht zu Doppelvergabe von Angebots- und Rechnungsnummern kommt.

Pros

Als Tool für die Termin- und Mitarbeiterplanung ist es perfekt. Auch das Anlegen von Projekten ist sehr gut durchdacht und macht das Koordinieren einfacher. Für Handwerksbetriebe, die keine großen Projekte wie Ausschreibungen machen, das perfekte Tool.

Cons

Leider habe ich bei der Vorstellung von ToolTime nicht explizit nachgefragt, wie es mit der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen aussieht. Das war ein Fehler! Obwohl man GAEB Dateien (funktioniert nicht immer) einspielen kann, kann man keine vernünftige Kalkulation vornehmen, da alles als Material eingespielt wird und sich die Positionsart nicht mehr in eine Mischposition verändern läßt. Auch Texte und Positionsnummern sind nicht veränderbar. Positionsnummern werden übernommen. Sobald aber eine Position oder Gruppe gelöscht wird, rückt die nachfolgende an deren Stelle. Was bei Ausschreibungen, die sich auf ein LV beziehen, nicht vertretbar ist. Da muß ich die Positionsnummer aus dem LV übernehmen können oder bei Nachträgen die richtige eintragen können. Ob man in ToolTime kumulierte Rechnungen schreiben kann, habe ich aufgrund der oben stehenden Thematik noch nicht ausprobieren können, bezweifle es aber.

ein vollständiger Wechsel konnte nicht vollzogen werden, da ToolTime nicht ausschreibungsfähig ist. Wir wollten wechseln, weil wir nicht bereit waren für weitere Module (mobiler Monteur) viel Geld auszugeben.
