Our customer service rep is "\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]". She has been extremely understanding with our concerns and questions. Pros No need for additional software platforms, we dropped all others to just use this one. Easy to train staff members, easy to set up in the backend and easy to members to use with the app. Cons This is a large platform and it did feel a bit overwhelming to start, but once over that feeling we are so glad we made the move.
