QCLOT is a cloud Transportation Management System for manufacturers who organize their own freight. It generates RO e-Transport UIT codes directly against ANAF/SPV across all 11 operation types, and its LOT Chat BOT gives drivers a UIT at the border without a platform account. Automated RFQ sends requests to your carriers, compares quotes side by side and tracks win and participation rates per carrier. Every completed transport produces a 0–100 carrier score from on-time pickup, on-time delivery, documentation and damage. Carriers attach invoices to jobs and QCLOT reconciles them three ways: invoiced, calculated and declared. Dock scheduling lets carriers book their own slots, with a Gantt view per gate and measured truck turnaround. Route optimization proposes savings of up to 8% from real volumes and delivery windows.
