QCLOT is a cloud Transportation Management System for manufacturers who organize their own freight. It generates RO e-Transport UIT codes directly against ANAF/SPV across all 11 operation types, and its LOT Chat BOT gives drivers a UIT at the border without a platform account. Automated RFQ sends requests to your carriers, compares quotes side by side and tracks win and participation rates per carrier. Every completed transport produces a 0–100 carrier score from on-time pickup, on-time delivery, documentation and damage. Carriers attach invoices to jobs and QCLOT reconciles them three ways: invoiced, calculated and declared. Dock scheduling lets carriers book their own slots, with a Gantt view per gate and measured truck turnaround. Route optimization proposes savings of up to 8% from real volumes and delivery windows. The platform is easy to use and processes information quickly Pros The platform’s key strengths are its user-friendly interface and fast processing speed. Another advantage is that we can work simultaneously on creating multiple UITs. Cons One aspect I am not satisfied with is that, when a matrix-based cost is used and the code is generated with an error that affects the transportation cost, it cannot be corrected afterwards. It would be very helpful to have the same flexibility as for routes where we enter the cost manually, as those costs can be modified at any time.
