Also, calling in for help from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is so simple and they are so helpful in quickly helping me solve my problems. Pros i love the ease of finding closest routes & adding students. Cons The fact that it does not transfer from computer to computer without updating. Would like an online version. Pros Overall ease of set-up and use. This product has all the tools necessary for our district to create and manage all of our transportation routing and vehicle maintenance. We have experience great customer service and technical support since our initial start-up. Cons Establishing right and left hand turns (Route via's). Cons Would like it to print one family on a sheet of info so if there are 4 kids we don't have to have 4 sheets of paper. If we want stuff combined to have the ability to do so. Lynx has helped me to save time doing driver payroll and school billings. Pros Once you have all the student, driver and bus information entered in, there are so many reports that can be made. This software does everything that I need it to. Pros Routing format and it can be set to update names and addresses automatically. That can be a drawback also though, when it takes awhile for the address to be updated in Skyward. Cons On regular routes I cannot get road speeds set up properly to put correct pickup and drop off times on the route. I have to change them manually. It works great for short routes though.
