It could be more user friendly and also as a sales person it would be helpful for me if the forecasting function had monitory values generated so we could know the current income for future months. Reservations page to be one to create all clients name and amend rates would be very helpful . we need to open 3 TABS to create 01 Reservation to its very time consuming . also our accounts department has been having a lot of issues for quite sometime .

Pros

Overall this software is average and this is what is expected from a software as such the only good point about this is , its a cloud based product & we are able to access it when out of office to offer availability and check bookings.

Cons

We are not able to generate agent wise income and to see who are are top performers . forecasting function is not in monitory values to check the income . to many TABS t be opened when creating or amending a reservation hence time consuming . . and there is a few as such .

Reasons for choosing MyHotelina

We has faith in Myhotalina hence we did not check with other options but my opinion is we should have also considered other options and seen the facilities they have to offer .
