Das Supportteam ist sehr freundlich und absolut Kundenorientiert. Bereits nach 6 Monaten Nutzung ist das Instrument nicht mehr wegzudenken. Pros Die Vielfältigkeit der Anwendungen und Dokumentationsmöglichkeiten sowie die Verknüpfung von Labordaten und einem schlanken Projektmanagement ist spannend. Cons Das Statistikmodul ist sehr steif, die Möglichkeit zur Gestaltung von Auswertungsgrafiken sehr eng gehalten leider. Die Bewertung von Daten ist hier umständlich im Handling.
