I will never hear the end of it. Tech Support is not knowledgeable about the product and doesn't know how to use it. You can open a ticket for a problem and you never get a response. Pros None really. This would be a great product if it didn't have so many bugs. Cons The software is difficult to use and does things that are just weird. Reports arrange information is seemingly random order-not by alpha, not by date-just random. Switched from [Total Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/116971/Total-Management/) The people at Total Mangement are wonderful, but we outgrew the product. Tech support was very responsive and knowledgeable. If your company fits TM's target market, I recommend it. Alternatives considered [Yardi Voyager](https://www.capterra.com/p/33832/Yardi-Voyager/) Reasons for choosing RealPage Commercial RealPage did a really great job of selling its product. What they didn't tell us (and we learned later) is that it was a new product and there weren't many users of the product. Features that sold us on the product that they told us existed were only aspirations and to this day don't exist.
