I particularly value its ability to keep records of completed work and materials used, as well as its support for generating useful statistics.”

Pros

Azolla is a good tool for managing tasks. It allows you to check what needs to be done, what has been completed, within what deadlines, and what materials were used in the work. It also helps maintain statistics.

Cons

I don’t have anything I dislike about Azolla. It is a very useful tool. My experience with Azolla has been excellent

Excellent - very easy set up and migration

Pros

Custom Dashboards, IOT Dashboards, function of the system as a whole is very well designed

Cons

I think reports could be worked on, but the dashboards take away a lot of what you would need from a report

Pros

easy to use, has some great features especially the IOT. Our engineers picked it up very quickly and within a week 90%+ of their work was captured in the system. Dashboards are easy to create and give a quick snapshot of how the day, week, month is going.

Cons

Reporting could be a lot better, reports need to be pulled into excel and filtered to get what is required. dashboards show great information however the options could be improved to drill down into the data better. No stock inventory on Azolla so parts are not tracked to the assets and stock usage is not recorded.

great so far, only in initial stages so some issue will arise but azolla have be great to show how to tweak the platform to suit my needs.

Pros

user interface good easy for staff to log/report issues easy to assign team member to tackle the issue.

Cons

no single sign on as yet, will be adding in near future

balance of price and usability. some packages where very expensive but they included tools that i would not have needed. some package where very analog looking, just line by line of logged issues, with Azolla i could easily present to line managers and directors what issues have arisen over a particular time period how they are broken down in sub categories.

Really easy to deal with , always good back up & support. The customer support is excellent, and queries are closed out quickly. The system is reasonably intuitive and once training is completed, easy to navigate. Training is provided online and/or in person. The onboarding team imported our existing legacy data and it allowed me to move everything onto on system rather than managing multiple spreadsheets.

Pros

Allows us to see what follow-up activity needs my attention on the home screen. can quickly access supporting documentation like contractor service reports. able to report on the status of all work activities, including follow-up actions to senior management the configurable dashboard with KPI & summary reports is really good

Cons

I have nothing really to complain about regarding the actual system or the level of support, very happy with it so far

Azolla helps us to manage the preventative maintenance and reactive work on several locations within Salesforce Dublin. It allows us to ensure work is completed on time, based on a predefined checklist to ensure consistency and reviewed before payment. We use a mix of internal and external resources to complete work on site. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring helps to ensure work is completed based on predefined schedules. Innovation is a key motivator for a software company, and we really like the innovation associated with the product. The ability to install soap and paper sensors in restroom/toilet areas for example is an easy win. Using occupancy tracking for the building allows us to see what areas of the building are being used and when. The IOT (Internet of Things) and sensor integration add on elements make the system more scalable and valuable. The ability to match occupancy data with asset usage helps to reduce energy costs and our carbon footprint. This all feeds into our brand and supports our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.

Pros

The system is simple and intuitive. The IOT elements help to build out the benefits. There is one system to manage multiple sources of work coming from different systems. The notifications dashboard is really useful for interactive meetings and to ensure nothing is forgotten. The on-boarding process was very efficient, fast and we felt supported throughout.

Cons

At Salesforce we would like to use the App more.

Pros

Simple and easy to use for end users and maintenance technicians. Very clear oversight with dashboards and reports.

Setting up new users and locations a bit cumbersome.

### "Using IOT to address critical plant malfunction before it has any impact of business"

Xerox use the IOT sensor functionality of the Azolla CAFM system to help monitor critical assets, like our boilers. A variety of sensors monitor power, vibration and water temperature within the system providing an early warning if there is an issue around the heating system. The IOT sensor data can generate an email or work order, and automatically assign it to the correct person improving response times while avoiding unnecessary ‘out of hours’ calls to the whole team. Depending on the source of the problem, a different alert can be raised and sent to the appropriate resource ensuring the problem is resolved before the first employee arrives at site. This IOT monitoring provides 24/7 visibility and has helped eradicate a critical problem for the facilities team on site. We can track alerts and planned maintenance activities together on one screen prioritising work based on the business need.

Pros

•Allows me to see what follow-up activity needs my attention on the home screen. •Alerts are in real-time and highly visible with callout contacts linked to the type of work category. •The alerts engine is easy to change and we link sensors so that if more than one item fails it receives a higher priority and notifies the wider team. •IOT Dashboards can be created and blended with our normal CAFM work reporting.

Cons

None as the solution from Azolla solved our issue.

In day to day work Apleona Provides support to clients by scheduling planned maintenance and responding to reactive issues as they arise, Azolla allows this to happen in one place with planned maintenance scheduled and helpdesk calls logged directly by the clients we can track the progress and provide updates more effectively. These calls can be closed off by technicians and called upon in future if ever needed. Its also effective to store certs from planned maintenance to be pulled if required to show compliance on the client side. The customer support from the azolla team is also a great benefit, requests for access to additional sites have always been handled quickly and efficiently avoiding any delays in my work day.

Pros

Allows me to follow progress on WO's and reactive tickets raised by clients. The ability to access contractor reports or certs from past maintenance visits. Provides comprehensive data to include in client reports showing works completed and any outstanding issues to be addressed. Multi site access allows for the above to be complete much more efficiently for any clients that may have more than one site under the company contract.

Cons

Some delays can be encountered with allocation to other users where they have not closed out WO's that have been completed,

Excellent, both \[sensitive content hidden\] have been extremely helpful. A very positive experience, great customer service, no problem is to much. Always a very quick response from the team at Azolla. I like this software, I find it easy to use, and will recommend to my peers in the business.

Pros

We currently use the Azolla system, for planned/preventative and reactive maintenance along with facilities type tasking. The system is currently used by four people on a daily basis, tracking the tasking and activities of multiple contractors.It is great for its ability to track a task, monitor supplier output ensure task is completed as scheduled.There has been a requirement for some time for the business to be able to retain data about its building, to assist in budget preparation and provide a ten year forward maintenance plan. This piece of software in the short time it has been in operation is allowing Utmost to do this.As a manager I like the interactive dashboard which I find both intuitive and helpful.As a manager and for the team it allows me to have a complete oversite of the activities on site on any given day. We use the planned maintenance modules extensively. The dashboard is a great tool, very intuitive, allowing quick easy access to the statistics, and is a great briefing tool for management.

Cons

Getting the team to input regularly and to interact with the software.

Reason for choosing Azolla

Please see above, but from experience this has proved to be a great product offering value for money on an intuitive system, that provide capability to the company.

It’s a multi-site system so I can see work across all sites that I manage on one place. The customer support is good and queries are closed out quickly and with a good knowledge of the system

Pros

We can provide each client with an overview of all preventative work planned for the year and demonstrate compliance to that plan. Allows us to see what follow-up activity needs my attention on the home screen. We can quickly access supporting documentation like contractor service reports. We can report to our clients on the status of all work activities including follow-up actions. Service reports for work are stored on one place and are easily accessible.

Cons

Getting other people to close out their actions can cause delays.

For someone who has only been using Azolla for 2 months, I have not had too many issues with it. The customer service with Azolla has been amazing and they are very quick to get back to any queries I have.

Pros

I like the schedule planner the most as it gives me a breakdown of work coming up in upcoming days, weeks, months and years. Azolla also keeps a record of suppliers contact details and contracts which can be hard to find in emails making it very time sufficient.

Cons

It can take a long time to load, depending on which tab I am going into (especially tabs containing a lot of data).
