### "Exceeded my expectations!"

I needed to put our inventory mangement in order and this solution has certainly eliminated my need to worry about assets in our organization. Love it! Love the people, the trainers and the team. Thank you all!

Pros

Everything. Features, the ease of use and customer service. We receive personalized attention to our needs and have already built a close relationship with the support team. They understand our business cases and address our needs for new functionalities or features.

Cons

At first I found it to be not so intuitive. Some functionalities are hidden and unless you know where to click you dont find them. Now I am getting used to it.

Pros

Mass updating assets is key to me, because we have so many schools and departments that we just dont have time to update stuff 1 at a time..

Cons

I at first had to keep logging in a million times a day....

### "Not The Right Fit"

We used the program for two years and it never benefitted the company other than during the implementation when we discovered a lot of missing items stored away at a campus.

Pros

I liked that the program was catered towards education management.

Cons

Our inventory numbers were never accurate. Customer service did not want to start over with our site to ensure accuracy. The program seemed a little outdated and we could not do our own CSV uploads.

Pros

It allows for easy integration with identity management, work well for asset management and allows for great functionality for end users while maintaining a clear platform.

Cons

We use TipWeb with many other products. Most of our tracking is done through TipWeb however, it could improve on connecting multiple sites to users that are floaters.
