Absolutely there are thing that need to be improved, but for my tasks it's perfect. I remember one time I wasn't able to assign a truck, trailer and drivers on a load and I called the support to figure out what's wrong, after finding that the issue is in LoadStop system, the guy from the support team I was talking to over the phone was dispatching our loads conform the information I was telling him, I will say that again, the best support team I ever meet. Pros The most I like that the LoadStop support immediately answers and helps you out if there's a problem. Also, it's good working TMS which makes the work a lot easier. Cons Least liked thing was that after each update the view on the page with the loads was resetting to normal one, but it's not the best view and there are a lot of filters that I don't really need, but recently they added the tab "My Views" which saves your needed view and now it's easy to navigate and even it can be used to create a couple of views that help working on different tasks, as an example I need just to know the ETA and some additional data that I don't really use daily, to not open every load to get this info I can expose it on the main page, that's awesome. The platform is unreliable, overly complicated, and clearly not designed with real-world operations in mind. The most serious issue is their subscription and account handling, it feels intentionally restrictive and one-sided. Even after multiple requests to cancel due to ongoing technical failures, and after sending a formal legal demand, they continued billing us. At the same time, our account access was effectively removed, leaving us unable to use the system while still receiving unexplained invoices. Their refusal to allow reduction in vehicle count is completely unreasonable. If a business downsizes, they still force you to pay for unused capacity, which is not transparently addressed in the agreement. This creates a situation where you are locked into paying for something you cannot use or adjust. Overall, this feels less like a professional service and more like a system designed to lock customers into ongoing charges regardless of performance, access, or fairness.
