The platform is unreliable, overly complicated, and clearly not designed with real-world operations in mind. The most serious issue is their subscription and account handling, it feels intentionally restrictive and one-sided. Even after multiple requests to cancel due to ongoing technical failures, and after sending a formal legal demand, they continued billing us. At the same time, our account access was effectively removed, leaving us unable to use the system while still receiving unexplained invoices. Their refusal to allow reduction in vehicle count is completely unreasonable. If a business downsizes, they still force you to pay for unused capacity, which is not transparently addressed in the agreement. This creates a situation where you are locked into paying for something you cannot use or adjust. Overall, this feels less like a professional service and more like a system designed to lock customers into ongoing charges regardless of performance, access, or fairness. Extremely disappointing and not trustworthy. Pros No nothing at all . only the ste up team was helpful ....................................................
