Still happy with the overall experience with the team. When available, team is supportive and knowledgeable.

Pros

Drive to strive forwards and deliver a product which meets customers' requirements. Team give reassurance that F&B is a product for the future.

Cons

Perhaps a lack of focus and time for existing customers on older products. Existing customer still need the support with dev on exisiting product.

The benefits are case working, including shared case working.

Pros

That it tracks and prompts each stage of a complaint. This is useful when working in teams and now, in the world of Covid-19. for working remotely.

Cons

Inability to produce tailored reports. As the person responsible for providing reports I need to be able to quickly find and report on data.
