Pros

It is easy to use and super practical. I can clock in and clock out whenever and it tracks how much I have worked today and this week and shows how much I still need to work.

Cons

So far there was nothing I did not like with flair

The Recruiting tool with Kanban is very easy to unterstand.

Cons

It is very difficult to change thing, when you want to change. I always have go search a lot. It is not intuitive.

\- Simple time controlling and approval process of team member requests - Overview of absences

Cons

\- Home could be more informative with more relevant information (team info - who signed in already, who's under their time this week (like a runrate), upcoming holidays of your team) seems just not very relevant for me currently
