Sono tutti problemi che abbiamo potuto risolvere utilizzando un solo software. Niente più file excel, niente più fatture separate, controlli incrociati per paura di perdere pezzi per strada. Sono davvero felice della scelta. Pros C'è una funzionalità più importante: il fattore di considerare la formazione a 360°. Questo implica comprendere che oltre ai corsi, ad un ente formativo occorre gestire relative fatture, scadenze ecc. Il Software è facile da usare. Ci si collega, e via. Nessuna applicazione da installare sul pc. Possibilità di accedervi da altri dispositivi in qualunque momento. L'integrazione è stata semplice, questo sì: ovvio, bisogna capire, leggere le istruzioni, imparare. Capire come può esserti utile. Ma in realtà il tutto direi che è davvero intuitivo. Può esserci qualcosa che lo sia meno, ma in quel caso c'è sempre il supporto pronto a risolvere ogni dubbio. Cons Teniamo conto che le necessità vengono fuori man mano: quindi è difficile dire se ci siano, ora come ora, funzionalità mancanti. Nel caso, come sempre, so di poter chiedere al supporto. Il gestionale è facile da utilizzare, ma devo dire che alcune cose, secondo me, possono essere davvero semplificate (o almeno, l'idea è questa: ovvio che dipende da cosa si può fare o meno a livello pratico). Ci sono alcuni passaggi troppo articolati, rispetto alla logica di chi, dall'altro lato, lo usa per lavoro. Ma è anche vero che è già capitato di parlarne col supporto, e che per la maggior parte sono state risolte o si stanno risolvendo e semplificando molto. Quindi non posso dire che sia un inconveniente vero e proprio. Attendiamo invece con ansia la possibilità di avere l'applicazione di Jforma da gestire anche via mobile. Abbiamo ridotto i tempi di inserimento dati, generazione ed invio delle attestazioni, controllo dei pagamenti ed infine migliorato la gestione complessiva dei corsi in video lezione. Pros Questo software ha alcune funzionalità molto utili, come ad esempio l'autoregistrazione dei corsisti, la funzionalità "quick send" per l'invio delle attestazioni. Recentemente abbiamo implementato con il modulo "local Student" e l'applicativo "JMEET" per la gestione delle video lezioni. Tutto molto smart; una volta impostati i corsi, docenze e relativi calendari, la macchina va da sola. Cons Essendo un programma molto vasto per le funzionalità richiede un'attenzione particolare nella fase di impostazione iniziale ed anche uno studio attento di alcune funzionalità. L'assistenza è fenomenale, sono sempre pronti a rispondere a nuove esigenze e alla richieste di noi enti. Ha tutte le funzionalità principali che servono agli enti ed ha delle integrazioni importanti con software di terze parti come quelli per l'invio delle newsletter. Infine ha delle linee guida attraverso video sempre aggiornate, chiare e semplici. Cons Un cosa che potrebbe essere inserita come funzione molto importante è la gestione automatica delle imputazioni ore del personale sui progetti finanziati in modo da aiutare l'ente ad ottimizzare la forza lavoro.
