I poveri ragazzi addetti all'assistenza fanno del loro meglio per fornire assistenza, ma il problema di fondo è che il sistema è pessimamente concepito, e quindi, operativamente, anche operazioni apparentemente banali oppure ovvie, diventano complicate, inaffidabili o addirittura non erogabili. Provando invece a contattare direttamente il management si ottengono dei prolissi bla-bla-bla senza alcun tipo di soluzione reale. Pros Le interfacce appaiono moderne, pulite ed accattivanti; all'apparenza quindi sembra un prodotto di ultima generazione. Al momento dell'uso, tuttavia, il layout inizialmente convincente si rivela essere in realtà una trappola: emergono le enormi falle dissimulate sotto alla pura apparenza. I vantaggi nell'uso di questa piattaforma per me possono essere riassunti in una sola parola: NESSUNO. Per quanto mi riguarda non lo consiglierei NEPPURE PER USO AMATORIALE, figuriamoci per un uso intensivo: come ben sa chiunque utilizzi professionalmente questi strumenti, l'investimento in termini di lavoro per implementare il layout e tutti gli altri aspetti delle campagne è molto considerevole. Non è quindi una piacevole scoperta quella di trovarsi in corso d'opera con uno strumento che moltiplica per 10 i tempi di gestione e che è privo (oppure, peggio ancora, presenta malfunzionamenti) proprio in quegli strumenti gestionali che tutte le piattaforme dei competitors hanno per default, e che un operatore professionale ritiene ovvio che siano disponibili (e ben funzionanti !) Cons Per un utilizzo professionale è in assoluto, e di gran lunga, la peggior piattaforma che abbia mai utilizzato, mi ha creato infiniti problemi e perdite di tempo. E' difficile fare una classifica dei difetti e delle implementazioni negative, per quante sono. Solo l'editor si salva, ma questo non basta a rendere la piattaforma operativamente efficiente Secondo la mia opinione, da quanto sono riuscito a desumere tecnicamente, questa piattaforma è un groviglio di servizi esterni eterogenei collegati fra loro tramite API: per quanto mi riguarda questo spiega la distonicità operativa della piattaforma nel complesso, nascosta dietro all'apparenza dei pannelli colorati. La quantità di mail rimbalzate è stato bassissima a fronte di decine di migliaia di mail mandate ogni anno, sia con proposte di acquisto che classiche newsletter.
