Esperienza pessima. I poveri ragazzi addetti all'assistenza fanno del loro meglio per fornire assistenza, ma il problema di fondo è che il sistema è pessimamente concepito, e quindi, operativamente, anche operazioni apparentemente banali oppure ovvie, diventano complicate, inaffidabili o addirittura non erogabili. Provando invece a contattare direttamente il management si ottengono dei prolissi bla-bla-bla senza alcun tipo di soluzione reale.

Pros

Le interfacce appaiono moderne, pulite ed accattivanti; all'apparenza quindi sembra un prodotto di ultima generazione. Al momento dell'uso, tuttavia, il layout inizialmente convincente si rivela essere in realtà una trappola: emergono le enormi falle dissimulate sotto alla pura apparenza. I vantaggi nell'uso di questa piattaforma per me possono essere riassunti in una sola parola: NESSUNO. Per quanto mi riguarda non lo consiglierei NEPPURE PER USO AMATORIALE, figuriamoci per un uso intensivo: come ben sa chiunque utilizzi professionalmente questi strumenti, l'investimento in termini di lavoro per implementare il layout e tutti gli altri aspetti delle campagne è molto considerevole. Non è quindi una piacevole scoperta quella di trovarsi in corso d'opera con uno strumento che moltiplica per 10 i tempi di gestione e che è privo (oppure, peggio ancora, presenta malfunzionamenti) proprio in quegli strumenti gestionali che tutte le piattaforme dei competitors hanno per default, e che un operatore professionale ritiene ovvio che siano disponibili (e ben funzionanti !)

Cons

Per un utilizzo professionale è in assoluto, e di gran lunga, la peggior piattaforma che abbia mai utilizzato, mi ha creato infiniti problemi e perdite di tempo. E' difficile fare una classifica dei difetti e delle implementazioni negative, per quante sono. Solo l'editor si salva, ma questo non basta a rendere la piattaforma operativamente efficiente Secondo la mia opinione, da quanto sono riuscito a desumere tecnicamente, questa piattaforma è un groviglio di servizi esterni eterogenei collegati fra loro tramite API: per quanto mi riguarda questo spiega la distonicità operativa della piattaforma nel complesso, nascosta dietro all'apparenza dei pannelli colorati. NON FIDATEVI DELL'APPARENZA: OPERATIVAMENTE SI TRASFORMA IN UN INCUBO!

Purtroppo mi sono lasciato convincere dall'apparenza. E' stato un grave errore, spero di salvare alcuni colleghi dal fare altrettanto Sono tornato ai miei precedenti fornitori e sicuramente ci penserò sopra 4.000 volte prima di tentare altri esperimenti.

Pros

La piattaforma è semplice all'utilizzo, sebbene col tempo si possa trovare qualche limite. Ma il pregio di creare o richiamare una campagna velocemente è innegabile.

Cons

Ci vorrebbe forse qualche template in più, come hanno già scritto un app per monitorare le campagne (soprattutto nelle prime 24h) e l'integrazione con whatsapp business (mentre gi SMS noi li abbiamo abbandonati da tempo, ormai sono solo smap)

Usiamo questo strumento per l'automazione dei flussi mail per eventi culturali e di intrattenimento, con profitto e soddisfazione. La quantità di mail rimbalzate è stato bassissima a fronte di decine di migliaia di mail mandate ogni anno, sia con proposte di acquisto che classiche newsletter.

Pros

La semplicità di utilizzo è l cosa che mi ha colpito subito. La curva di apprendimento delle automazioni complesse è rapidissima anche per non addetti ai lavori

Cons

L'integrazione con wordpress tramite pulgin è ferraginosa, ma la personalizzazione tramite codice (che basta copiare e incollare) è strepitosamnte più efficace.

Grazie alle loro guide e alla loro formazione siamo partite da zero per iniziare a fare le nostre prime profilazioni, oltre che a usare le campagne automatizzate.

Pros

A differenza di altre piattaforme, 4Dem è completamente in italiano, lo considero un plus per facilitarne l'utilizzo. Ha anche un ottimo servizio clienti, tempestivo e disponibile. La piattaforma è completa e consente di fare qualsiasi cosa, può essere utilizzata anche per attività molto avanzate.

Cons

Non è intuitivo, per attività avanzate serve una guida o un supporto tecnico – che comunque è molto efficiente.

Pros

Si è guidati passo per passo nel processo di creazione delle campagne. Ci sono diverse funzionalità interessanti. Buona gestione delle liste di contatti. Nel complesso il sistema di creazione è ben fatto.

Cons

C'è da lavorare sull'interfaccia grafica e sui componenti testuali e grafici. Spesso rilevo problemi nello spostamento di blocchi di testo o elementi che dovrebbe invece essere più fluido.

Il team di 4Dem è fantastico, il loro supporto one to one è il vero valore aggiunto di questa realtà!

Ha una struttura grafica che rende molto semplice l'utilizzo della console, anche ai più inesperti.

Cons

Per alcune funzionalità è necessaria una conoscenza delle impostazioni di base molto approfondita che non tutti gli utenti hanno.
