I am sure the lack of syncing across devices will also be a problem for lots of customers. Pros The auto tracking saved me time but that's really the only pro if you are on the lowest plan. Integrations are extra. Cons It wasn't easy to decipher what info you were downloading in reports. Memtime also does not sync across multiple devices. The customer service was shocking. I was not aware that when my subscription ended I would no longer have access to the data I had on the app which seems ridiculous as I was paying every month for it so surely the data belongs to me. Also, the product is a bit clunky and does not allow an easy way to organize and manage products/clients/task. It is very manual and lacks setup copy or duplication features that could save time when on-boarding new clients Pros It tracks your computer activity and makes generating a timesheet much easier Cons Their business practices. They don't send a reminder about your renewal. Instead you get a receipt on your renewal date after they charge your card. It really does a great job tracking my electronic work activities, down to the minute. It gives a nice graphical representation of a timeline representing my day, which includes icons for each of the programs I was using. When step away from my desk for more than a few minutes or if someone is in my office, memtime will ask me whether I want to record offline time, which is great for meetings and whatnot. Overall I like it. It's a lot of data and that's what I was looking for. Pros Makes it easy to determine what I did all day. It's eye-opening to see just how much time I can spend on a single activity. Cons It seems to be geared more toward users who are billing customers for their time, and since I don't do that, there's a functionality mismatch with regard to those features. Außerdem ist der Austausch mit anderen Werkzeugen wie MeisterTask und mite gut gelöst und sehr einfach bedienbar.Ich habe schon immer eine ehrliche Abrechnung betrieben - seitdem ich diese Software nutze, fällt mir das allerdings viel leichter.Zudem liegen die Roh-Daten bei mir persönlich und nicht etwa in einer Cloud. One hour covered my yearly expense for this software, and it's helped me remember much more than that. Cons The \_only\_ thing I really wish timeBro had was the ability to search for items in the Memory Aid. I asked the live support on their website, and they noted that the feature will be available in an upcoming version. Otherwise, I can't think of a single missing feature. I \_did\_ occasionally have to resync with my Zoho Books account for whatever reason, but it's not difficult or time consuming, and there was no information lost along the way. Customer service is particularly impressive: highly responsive and extremely helpful. Pros timeBro makes time tracking much simpler. Rather than needing to remember to manually shift between activities, it magically tracks precisely what you have been doing when. That means no risk of forgetting activity. Cons The analytics screen has somewhat less attractive design than the previous software I used. But this is a minor and insignificant gripe.It can be time consuming to shift activity from memory aid/calendar to time entry. But ultimately I believe it's better to spend time on this than on trying to remember what I did when. It's important to get into the habit of completing time entries at the end of each day. We knew that there was a lot of time being worked that wasnt being posted and Timebro has helped to reduce this, by making the task of booking time so much simpler. Pros Timebro is a time/work tracking application that watches what I am doing and allows me to easily convert work into time entries. It is a must have for any business that sells time, like IT support, lawyers, accountants etc. Timebro integrates with Outlook and several other project and time management platforms such as Autotask and Jira. The key feature is 'memory aid' section on the left side of the screen which includes a timeline of my activities and my calendar appointments. Timebro records my activities during the day and then builds a timeline in increments of ranging from seconds to hours, depending on how much detail you need in your time tracking. The right side of the screen is available for new time entries and this is very quick and simple. If you has synced your Timebro with a platform such as Autotask or Jira, you will see a list of your assigned tasks and tickets and which you can link your time entries to. Once done, you can sync your time entries back to your ERP or PM app. Cons The is little not to like. Some more detailed reporting might be useful, although I can get this out of Jira or Autotask. I get asked to sign in a little more often than I would like. As far as the Autotask integration with Timebro is concerned, time entries can't be booked against regular time items, only against tickets and tasks. Consultant Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "TimeBro saves me time, and makes it easy to track billable hours" August 19, 2021 5.0 I need to track hours on multiple projects with different customers, and then enter that time into different systems. It can get very confusing and it's easy to miss an hour or two when doing manually. timeBro makes the process easier, and most importantly helps make sure every billable hour is captured. Pros Simple UI makes it quick and painless to track and allocate hours to projects. Integration with some common backends means that I don't have to rekey every time entry (just some, where a customer has an unsupported time system). Since using timeBro the hours I spend tracking time are down, but more importantly the missed hours where I do some work but don't end up billing are minimized. Catching just one or two hours a month more than pays for the subscription. Cons The only thing that can be difficult is syncing projects/tasks with teamwork, though I'm not 100% sure if the problem is with teamwork or timeBro. I had some minor issues with timezones in extracts, but support was excellent, and it was fixed in the next release. I wasn't a fan of the subscription model, but will grudgingly admit that the frequent improvements to the product and the value received make the quarterly cost well worth it. Da fallen manchmal einige der Tätigkeiten unter den Tisch, man vergisst schlicht, sie aufzuschreiben (und damit auch zu berechnen)Ein riesiger Vorteil von Timebro ist die tiefe Integration ins Betriebssystem (die man gezielt zulässt), um möglichst alle Events auszulesen, die ich am Rechner tätige. Dadurch kann ich am Ende des Tages noch einmal gezielt meine Tätigkeiten rekapitulieren und die Stundeneinträge in der Regel nach oben korrigieren. Cons Manchmal verliert Timebro die Verbindung zu meiner Sipgate-Cloud-TK-Anlage (wo die Rufnummern und die Länge der geführten Telefonate geloggt werden), das kann man aber vermutlich nicht TimeBro, sondern eher Sipgate zuschreiben. Mir leistet die Software sehr gute Dienste! Pros Vorweg muss ich bemerken, daß ich mich ausschließlich auf Apple Geräten organisiere. Lange habe ich gebraucht, um ein fähiges CRM Programm für die Apples Welt zu finden. Nach langen Recherchen habe ich mich dann "Daylite" (von Marketcircle, CA in Deutschland von iosxpert.biz vertrieben.Über die Mitarbeiter von iosxpert bin ich auf timeBro aufmerksam geworden. Diese Entscheidung diese Software als Zeiterfassungsmodul war sehr schnell getroffen (wegen der Integration der Stammdaten aus "Daylite" in Time Bro. Das Zusammenspiel funktioniert super. Meine Stammdatenverwaltung spiegelt meine "Projekte" (meine Akten) in timeBro, so daß diese sofort zur Verfügung stehen. Auf die "Akten" (= Projekte) werden dann die Zeiten gebucht. Die Auswertung erfolgt über "Daylite". Die Abrechnung über "FastBill"! Die Daten aus timeBro werden zuverlässig zu Fastbill zur Abrechnung transportiert. Alles funktioniert so, wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Mir leistet diese Software supergute Dienste. Ich bin vollauf zufrieden. Cons Einen kleinen Nachteil möchte ich nicht verschweigen: Ich habe derzeit ca. 500 offene Fälle (= Akten = Projekte) an denen ich arbeite. Wenn eine Akte abgeschlossen ist, kann man sie auf timeBro stilllegen, damit dort keine Zeiten mehr gebucht werden können. Wenn nun die Aktenbezeichnung mit "Z" beginnt (also in der Liste der zur Verfügung stehenden Projekte, auf denen Zeit gebucht werden kann steht, dann braucht man unglaublich lange, um zu diesem Datensatz zu navigieren, um diese Akte stillzulegen. August 24, 2023 5.0 Overall experience is excellent. Pros TimeBro keeps track of screens I have open and since I always have a dozen things open at once it shows me which screen I was engaging with. During my normal workday, I may start working on something and receive a call - so I have to quickly pop to another screen, and then another, and then maybe jump on a meeting, all before I get back to what I was originally working on. This can all happen multiple times a day. I've worked on billable time for over 20 years so I am meticulous about my timekeeping, but on those days where I'm pulled from task without notice TimeBro helps me keep track of time I actually spent on things.TimeBro helps my team in a few ways: 1.) We are able to keep track of time we spend on project related tasks so we can properly bill current clients. I have loaded our projects/tasks into TimeBro so we are able to produce timesheets and import them into our ERP system. 2.) This data also helps us, very accurately, budget for new projects, and that is a huge win for our client because we are able to provide reliable project estimates. 3.) TimeBro reports would great documentation of the actual work time on tasks if we ever needed that kind of documentation. Cons TimeBro is a game changer for me. I love it. If I could improve anything ...? I'd love it if TimeBro could know when I'm in a meeting (start and stop times on Teams, Zoom, and google meetings). It knows what's on my calendar and it knows how long I have the zoom/teams/google open - but if I end a meeting and walk away for a minute it does not know that. My billable hours went up plus I was able to analyze my habits, cut back on certain tasks and I no longer have to guess how much time a task actually cost me. Pros I purchased timeBro because I kept forgetting to log my hours. At the end of the week I was guessing more than actually knowing how much hours I put in every project/client. I was actually suprised (not in a pleasant way) how much some tasks took to complete. Using the statistics to analyze my time, I have managed to make adjustments and cut time in my ways of working. So much insight since using timeBro & no guesswork is no longer needed! Cons I would love to have the choice to change something to the memory aid. It shows the total amount of time and then the percentages of the specific tasks. I would prefer the actual time tracking instead of %. So that I can log the actual time per task instead of needing to figure this out myself. It's easy to use, inexpensive, and an invaluable investment. I've tried different manual methods to track my billable hours and my inconsistency cost me money. The digital methods either still required me to open the software to start and end for the different categories I track, or were too costly. Ich würde timeBro jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Insbesondere die Anbindung an MOCO, welches wir auch verwenden, ist genial einfach und erleichtert mir die Zeiterfassung sehr. Ideal wäre, wenn auch die Telefonate getrackt werden könnten, aber dies liegt wohl ausserhalb von timeBro's Spektrum. Pros Die automatische Erfassungen der Tätigkeiten ohne Stoppuhr finde ich sehr gut gelöst. Somit muss ich nicht immer an die Stoppuhr denken, sondern kann mich auf die Arbeit konzentrieren und erst nach getaner Arbeit die Zeiten erfassen. Da ich sehr viel zwischen verschiedenen Projekten hin und her wechseln muss, vereinfacht mir timeBro die Zeiterfassung enorm. Ich erfasse die Zeiten nach dem Arbeitstag und nicht zwischen durch und bin trotzdem sicher, dass ich alles korrekt erfasst habe und muss mich nicht selber daran erinnern. Cons Teilweise erkennt timeBro die Applikation nicht, welche gerade verwendet wird. Dies liegt aber meistens an der Applikation selber und kann vom timeBro nicht gross beeinflusst werden. Toll wäre auch, wenn timeBro die Browsertab Namen erkennen würde, dies würde es vereinfachen, herauszufinden, welcher der vielen Tabs gerade aktiv war. Eine Moglichkeit, die mir spontan einfallt ist, dass es evtl. an aktiven Extensions liegt, etwa Ad-blocker & Cookie-Extensions. V.a. bei Nutzern mit Firefox haben wir schon mitbekommen, dass Firefox-Tabs im Ur-Zustand sauber aufgezeichnet werden, nach Installation von In-App Extensions das Tracking jedoch nicht mehr sauber lief. Wir konnen hier noch nicht zu 100% den Finger auf die Wunde legen, sind aber dran auch hierfur eine Losung zu liefern. As long as there is an affordable single user option, I will always use this product. Cons I have had some weird issues with my computer restarting or closing a Zoom or Teams meeting. I needed a way to track how I spend in research and in writing and I needed to be able to split it out by client. What I love about timeBro is that it automatically tracks what I'm doing and shows the titles of the docs I'm reading or writing so I can easily categorise which client to bill. Pros The automatic time-tracking is the best feature from my perspective. I have having to interrupt my flow in order to log my time.
