Gutes Trackingprogramm, das ich weiterempfehlen würde!

Pros

Toll ist, dass alle Aktivitäten getrackt werden. Manchmal würde ich mir wünschen das Tracking wäre spezifischer, bzw. genauer (Unterscheidung von Emails, Word Dokumenten).

Cons

Bei der Zuordnung der Arbeitspakete kommt es manchmal vor, dass das Programm etwas hängt oder es eine Verzögerung gibt.Ansonsten wenig Nachteile - es ist sehr zuverlässig!

It really helped me in tracking the time spent on projects and also provides a good facility on optimising the time and enhances transparency with clients.

Pros

It tracks the web based email activity also which is very useful.

Cons

It has no facility to capture actual time spent on calls and Team meetings except the schedule times

If you're looking for a solution for call tracking, maybe timeBro Premium could fit your needs. Currently only Pascom, Sipgate.io & Fritz!BOX are the supported call systems. If you use a call system, which isn't supported yet, you can simply request the integration. Just write us in the contact tab directly in the app. As for capturing team meetings, integrations with tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams are planned and will hopefully be available in the near future.

### "Zeiterfassung super, Auswertoptionen ausbaubar"

Trotznoch vorhandener Schwächen in der Auswertung, kann ich so endlich auch "versteckte" Zeiten abrechnen, die mir früher durch die Lappen gegangen sind.

Pros

Sämtliche Aktivitäten werden im Hintergrund einfach mitgeschnitten. Da ich häufig zwischen Projekten und Tätigkeiten wechseln muss, habe ich jetzt endlich die Möglichkeit, am Ende des Tages anhand der Logs minutengenau meine Zeiten zu den Projekten und Tasks zuzuordnen.

Cons

Was mir bislang fehlt sind Auswertungen innerhalb der Software. Es gibt zwar die Möglichkeit eines xls-Exports (der auch sehr einfach funktioniert), aber mal schnell nur ein einzelns Projekt in der Anwendung selbst durchzuanalysieren, gibt es leider nicht.

Ich nutze das Tool bereits längere Zeit und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere die Zuordnung meines täglichen Tätigkeiten zu Projekten und Verkaufschancen hat sich deutlich verbessert.

Pros

Ich nutze timeBro in Kombination mit Daylite. Damit habe ich die Möglichkeit, meine Tätigkeiten ganz einfach Projekte und Verkaufschancen zuzuordnen. Ein großer Vorteil ist dabei, dass alle Tätigkeiten, die ich am Computer durchführe, automatisch aufgezeichnet werden und ich diese so nicht vergesse. Es reicht, am Ende eines Arbeitstages die Liste durchzuschauen und die Tätigkeiten in die Zeiterfassung zu übertragen.

Cons

Tätigkeiten können nicht ohne Projektzuordnung in die Zeiterfassung übernommen werden.

Project setup is very flexible, Times & project export in Excel, Memory aid view

Cons

Reviewing the times and assigning to projects takes quite some time for a 8h work day. I need to open almost each memory aid entry to correlate to a project/task. Lacks some features that could make assignment even easier.

Händisches Tracking ist definitiv Schnee von gestern. Einfach das Tool laufen lassen und alle paar Tage mal Zeiten nachbuchen, wenn das möglich ist. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Cons

Leider gibt es aktuell einen Bug mit Login bei mir. Ende des letzten Jahres wurde mir gesagt, dass ein Update kommt. Ich warte noch sehnsüchtig darauf...

Wer mehrere Aufträge täglich bearbeitet oder mehrere Arbeitgeber abrechnen muss, ist die Software spitze und ich kenne auch keine Alternative.

Pros

Die Nachvollziehbarkeit der Aufzeichnungen. Funktioniert auch offline. gute Anbindung an Zeitsysteme, wie z. B. Clockodo oder awork. Läuft auf MacOs und Windows.

Cons

Mir fehlen Pauschalen für ausgefallene Tage, z. B. wegen Krankheit

I would like a way to approve multiple entries at once and a way to add the time without adding to a particular project (these features may be on here, but if they are, they aren't intuitive).

Great.

Pros

All good. Found it a bit difficult to understand the errors when communication with Zoho Projetc, but I understand them now and can address them quickly.I have a Chrome Book which is not support by TimeBro.

Cons

Understanding the errors from Zoho Projects was hard. The projects that are archived seem to become active again when I sync (not sure if this is the reason)

### "Das was wir schon lange gesucht haben"

TimeBro ist gänzlich ein Super Tool. Jeder kleine Schritt der am Computer gemacht wird kann nachvollzogen werden und auch später noch als Zeitbuchung übertragen werden. Gerade als Projektmanagerin, wo ich manchmal von Task zu Task und Projekt und Projekt springe, konnte ich das oft im Nachhinein nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Da es aber für die Nach-Kalkulation essentiell ist, lieben wir dieses Tool!

Pros

Auch jeder kleine Schritt am Computer kann im Nachhinein noch nachvollzogen werden und man muss nicht sofort seine Zeiten buchen

Cons

Ich habe während der Nutzung von mittlerweile 2,5 Monaten keine Nachteile entdeckt.

Wenn es sehr stessig ist, kann die Zeiterfassung schonmal einige Tage "unter die Räder" kommen, da ist Timebro extrem hilfreich - dafür ist es perfekt geeignet und spart mit eine Menge Zeit.

Pros

Der Ansatz ist einfach genial, das Tool monitored im Hintergrund die täglichen Aktionen und wertet sie übersichtlich aus. Ich kann die Logs übersichtlich im Kalende sehen und übernehmen.

Cons

ich bin sehr zu Frieden, die GUI ist super simple aufgebaut und das Tool läuft unabhängig im Hintergrund.

Top, auch der Support. Habe lange gesucht, bin endlich fündig geworden!

Pros

Zeiterfassung war mir - als visueller Mensch - immer ein absolutes Gräuel. Bis ich Timebro gefunden habe, genau das habe ich immer gesucht! Zeiterfassung über ein Kalender-Layout, so hat man direkt im Überblick ob man alle Zeiten erfasst hat. Das Tracking-Feature ist super und erleichtert einem v.a. bei vielen unterschiedlichen Projekten das Stunden eintragen ungemein! Ich habe Timenbro mit Moco verbunden und habe somit direkt alle Zeiten auf den Projekten eingetragen - DER HAMMER! :)

Cons

habe nichts zu beanstanden, ist jeden Cent wert!

Reason for choosing Memtime

Ich habe kein anderes Produkt gefunden, das so easy zu handhaben und visuell so ansprechend ist.

Keeps good track of the program's I've been using, with names of the documents, name of websites I've visited, emails I've spent some time on responding with recepients details.

Cons

Sometimes activitities are bundled to much, so you need to look further for details.

Zeiterfassung einfacher gemacht - nun wird sie wirklich umgesetzt Super wäre noch eine App, damit man von Unterwegs auch gleich Einträge verwalten kann, wenn man mal nicht am Computer ist.

Pros

Super Integrationsmöglichkeiten mit bestehender Software Moco. Tolles Zusammenspiel mit Projekten und Voreinstellungen Ebenfalls ist die Integration mit dem Kalender super.

Cons

lange Kalkulationsdauer, wenn man mal was löscht - dann muss alles neu errechnet werden.

### "Shocking Customer Service"

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had for a LONG time!

Pros

Easy to setup, very simple time tracking.

Cons

However: Absolutely shocking customer service. They plan on signing you up for 2 years into a rolling contract. They don't send out any notification that the contract is up for renewal. They simply send out an invoice and take the payment straight away. I stopped using the software after a few months and never realised I am still in a contract. Even their terms and conditions state that a payment reminder is sent and no emails are sent. If you check online, other users have the same issue. After 1 week of trying to get a refund of €240!!! they keep saying no. They are not interested in having happy customers or happy "ex" customers! It's definitely not how you do business in 2024!

It works for what I need it to work as. But It is time consuming to go through and confirm what is being tracked.

Pros

I liked that it just runs in the background and has the comparison against calendars and what software or apps you are using.

Cons

I don't like that emails are lumped together. Since I jump from project to project when handling emails. So I have to make assumptions. I also do not like that it does not track time on your phone so that calls and other tasks can be managed appropriately including drive time. It just says "offline".

Ich würde Timebro jedem empfehlen, der in unterschiedlichen Projekten arbeitet bzw wissen möchte wofür die Zeit den ganzen Tag so verwendet wird.

Pros

Ich finde es toll, dass die Software automatisch tracked und man nicht manuell starten muss. Das würde ich sonst ständig vergessen. Es ist wirklich interessant zu sehen, wie viel Zeit man in welchem Projekt verwendet.

Cons

Ich bin voll und ganz zufrieden. Es gibts nichts auszusetzen.

### "Easy to use and saves time "

Timebro is flexible and user friendly which is ideal for time tracking. This has saved me time and increased efficiency. I wont be without it.

Pros

Timebro is easy to use, within 5 minutes of installing it I was using it and understood the features and navigation. This has helped me track both billable and non billable hours as a freelancer. I highly reccomend Timebro.

Cons

My only complaint is I once stopped the software from tracking by mistake. Perhaps you can add a pop up stating are you sure you want to turn time tracking off?
