"great volunteer community tool"

**Pros:** It helped us a lot reducing the planning overhead and improved the reliability of the volunteers. It is way more motivating for them to pick their task than just getting asigned - so we also adjusted our workflow, for the better!

**Cons:** Sometimes notifications seem to be triggered, even though the users should not be notified. And the reduced interface (which I generally like a lot) sometimes containes not enough information, or displays it in a not so optimal way.
